We had a great stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was nice, a good selection. Fresh coffee all day! Fun vibe in the hotel and professional staff. Comfortable room and bed, excellent shower and supplies. Everything was clean and fresh. All ages were enjoying the hotel and its amenities, and all seemed to have the same comments.

Cons:

I do feel like they are a tad overpriced. I know generally the Tru line is a little more expensive, and we were willing to pay that for a night, but it would have added up for any extended amount of time, like when we are usually in that area.

Checking in and out was very easy and professional. I will definitely go back again.
Pros:

A nice place in a nice location.

Cons:

I didn’t get to try their breakfast because I came down to the lobby after 9am. The lady at the front reception desk responded « We close at 9 » and didn’t offer anything.

Perfect location and comfortable bed
Pros:

It was convenient to downtown Loudon, it was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the bed was the most comfortable. My husband said he’s ever slept on.

Cons:

At 4 AM on Saturday morning, we begin to hear people walking back-and-forth furniture being moved around on the floor directly above our room and this contained until 6 AM when I finally got out of the bed
