New Orleans RV Resort & Marina

Stayed there for a week and the staff were super friendly! The place was very quiet, and the view was beautiful!

Rooms need some fixing up. They need to provide more towels and toilet paper. Remotes were missing from the rooms. They didnt provide filters for the coffee. Wish the restaurant was open for breakfast and the bar lol! They need foot rugs for rainey days

For 6 days we had no housekeeping, no fresh towels, no fresh rooms, nothing. No fire alarm in main room. It was disconnected. Ac leaked BAD. Multiple cockroaches. No response from management at all. WiFi is NOT free as advertised. We asked for housekeeping so many times and they never came. We gave up and left. Hotels.com hasn’t been helpful and keeps sending automated emails “let us know if there’s anything we can do” and they said nothing they can do. It’s a rv park, that is run down with severe water damage. The roof in the kitchen was about to cave in. Do not recommend!!!

Just recently stayed here for a girls trip. We road the train so we didn’t get there until after 9:30 pm. We made it to our room by 10:30|11:00. By 12:00 am, we had to change rooms 3 times!!! The rooms were not clean at all! There was dirt on all the sheets and cover, one room was leaking water, one bed had tissue in it when we pulled the covers back. The office closes early, so we had to communicate with the security. He would call the manger. Her suggestion was, wait until the next morning to speak with someone. We literally slept in our clothes. When we went to the office the next morning. It was as if the receptionist didn’t believe us. I started showing all the pictures we took! She then reached out to the manager. I requested an upgraded room. The manager did honor my request at no additional cost.

Everyone was very kind, I had a beautiful view and it was quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

The pool was very clean, relaxing with a waterfall at the base. Very enjoyable. Villa was clean and stocked, very spacious. Felt like home. The staff very professional and friendly.

It was neat and clean. Quiet. Parking was easy. Staff was friendly. You can see the water.

Very cool place to stay! Recommend to couple family already!

The area was quite and the grounds were well kept. The restaurant had great service and food. The room decor was very nice and the bed was comfortable. However the room itself was not clean and smelled very musty. There was spider webs on the door and open safety pins on the floor.

Not your typical hotel. Very unique experience. Loved having the 2. The decks were greatbto relax. I would recommend this olace.bedroom.

This was a very quiet place! I did not realize it is a marina and rv place also! When we got there the room we had the key would not work! It took them over 2 hrs to get the door to read a key!!!! Finally we were able to get into the room…..:short lived tho because when we went to go leave we were not able to open the door from the inside. Also, advised them of the air conditioner not working…..literally went to the local Walmart to get fans to circulate the hot air in the rooms. They didn’t ever come and fix that! Outside of those problems it was beautiful and amazing stay!!!!

I cannot speak to the stay. I booked through expedia. I contacted them more than 7 days prior to my trip to cancel. I purchased cancelation insurance. After days of trying to reach Seabrook Villa, Expedia stated there was nothing they could do. I don't have a proper contact for Seabrook Villa to get my money back. Quite irritated with them and expedia. This is the entire purpose of insurance!

It has a lot of potential. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was clean. Pool was dirty, restaurant hours were closed for my entire stay. No pool towels allowed to be given out. Lot of damage in the room we were in that is very fixable but in need of repair. Sink drained very slow, flooring needed repair in bathroom, doors don't open or close well.

The place itself was fine, the pool was warm. It was safe and staff were kind. Unit was clean and bed comfortable HOWEVER, the room/unit they rented us obviously had previous severe mold damage in the walls and/or roof as evidenced by the intense, overwhelming smell of mold when entering the unit. It was almost unbearable. The mold may have been cleaned but it was apparent it had not been removed. You could also see the mold seeping back through the paint in the ceiling. I don't write negative reviews usually however, we had to give our kiddos Allegra every day due to their mold allergies and keep the fans on high to even stay there. It is a shame because otherwise everything else was fine except minor things like no water pressure in shower, minor repair work evident by a patch in the wall and a broken floor board. Unfortunately, I would not stay there again.
