Wonderful hotel!
Pros:

Clean, modern spot, great for young folks!
Pros:

The common areas are very nice, it’s clean and welcoming.

Cons:

I’m just too old for such a hip, small, space. It was as advertised so that’s on me. You had to walk through scaffolding and a few unhoused folks to get to the front entrance. Bed was very hard and no plugs that reach when in bed.

Nice spot if you are not using a car. Parking is a beast
Pros:

Clean. Art deco. Love the vibe. Area with loads of places to eat and convenient.

Cons:

NO PARKING ANYWHERE! We had to drive around over 45 minutes looking for parking. None on the premises. That was the absolute nightmare

Wonderful and different

The location was really bad we had to pay extra for parking in a parking lot.
