Pros:

The convenience of the location. Shower. LED lighting.Double layer of window shades. Difficulty finding reservation on computer screen. Difficulty locating receptionist upon arrival.

Cons:

First room assigned was dirty; bed hadn't been made up. Second room was nice, but lacking a bed comforter; mattress was hard; no instructions for iPad use for electronics. Night receptionist did his best to accommodate our disappointing experience.

Pros:

I love the esthetic first and foremost. The rooms are small but they make up for it in comfortability. The staff is kind and helpful and the bartender makes amazing drinks!!

Pros:

Good location. Close to a supermarket and a train station two stops from the centre of the city. Never felt unsafe going out at night. Security guard out the front. Lively bar.

Cons:

Shower struggled to get hot during peak hours. Small room with little storage. Room was just barely too warm even at coldest thermostat with no fan to circulate air. Tiny gym. Hard bed.

Pros:

The hotel is very nice. It’s close to literally everything. The aesthetics are beautiful. They have security as well. I love that you can control everything on an iPad. They have a bar and they also serve breakfast but you do have to pay for it which isn’t a huge issue. Rooms are quite small but perfect for a solo traveler or a couple.

Cons:

Some of the staff weren’t very welcoming they just stared.
