Internet service was patchy in the room. It was good in open areas.
The biggest highlight of this property is the view. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer beautiful scenery, making it a great place to relax away from the crowds. The in-house restaurant serves good food, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and quiet.
The hotel is quite far from the main bazaar and is located on a steep hill, making access somewhat difficult. There are no restaurants or shops within walking distance, so you need to drive down whenever you want other dining options. While the in-house restaurant is good, the menu is fairly limited.
Breakfast was average and could be improved. The biggest issue, however, was the Wi-Fi. Although devices could connect to the network, there was effectively no internet access throughout our stay.
I had booked a Junior Suite, but the TV was not working, there was no room heater, and no tea or coffee-making facilities were provided. I mentioned these issues to the staff several times, but unfortunately there was no response or resolution.
If your main priority is stunning views and a peaceful location, this hotel is worth considering. However, guests should be aware of the limited facilities and remote location.

My family and I spent 3 nights at Walnut Heights in the presidential suite. It was a wonderful and such a relaxing getaway, at the perfect location, almost hidden away. My mother couldn’t stop complimenting the tasteful decor in the rooms and my father was really impressed by the hospitality of every single staff member. There’s a beautiful walnut tree in the middle of the courtyard along with a cherry tree, and the staff were kind enough to climb to the very top and pick us some cherries from it. The food was really good too, really good chicken chili dry!
