The location was good and the bed was comfortable
The room didn't match the photos, it was smaller than I had expected (I read the reviews, I knew it was going to be small but the photos were misleading). The bathroom had very little light, so much so you couldn't do make up or really see clearly in there.

There wasn't anything not to like
The location was central and the bed was comfortable.
It appeared it was trying to be high quality but I am afraid it didn't have the finesse in the detail. For example we had a studio (with kitchen) but there was no bin at all in the apartment, the fridge door did not shut without slamming it as it caught on the side as the door was off its hinges (when raised to reception we were advised to slam it shut), the bathroom light was right in my eyes (I am 6ft+) and the general lighting was temperamental with some dimmers working and others not. Breakfast was across the way in a different building and although the staff were friendly it all seemed a bit chaotic and service substandard for example we're just given juice bottles and no glasses to drink from.
The amazing smell when walking into the hotel. Greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist. The bed was comfy. Stylish and modern look. Location to everything was great. Staff were great at organising the decorations I had delivered to them. Good view.
Walking into the room and we were met by some “guy” unsure who or what he was doing as he looked like he was up to no good (even if he wasn’t) and didn’t say anything to us. There was a random dirty old sock under the bed, some pillowcases and the duvet were inside out. The bathroom door was dirty and had dirty finger prints over it. The kitchen side was not cleaned down as old cup marks and spillages were shown. The room was advertised as having a bed, so we were expecting one but there wasn’t. Got told only some rooms have them (understandable) but watching tv wasn’t great as the angle of the bed to tv wasn’t good and neck aching. The aircon was making some weird rattling noise.
