It is a bit small

Size of sleeping area but overall manageable.

The bathroom was in need of some love- mouldy. There was not ventilation in there so I could see why. Some of the reception staff were a bit cold and unwelcoming, however it was new staff each day and we didn’t need them for much.

Bed: I was a bit surprised by how tiny it was (room booked for 2), I believe it was a 140cm wide bed or even slightly less.

Room space: while we reserved the cozy studio, I had the impression that the booked room was supposed to be bigger. I believe they mixed the pics on the website. It’s misleading and considering the price that’s not great.

Card & check out: the morning we left, we went out of the hotel for some last visits. We packed everything before leaving and planned to come back at 10h45 latest, take the luggage’s and leave by 11h. However when went up our cards were already blocked and we couldn’t enter the room. We had to get back down, they couldn’t exchange the cards and we had to wait until they could create a new one.

Cleaning: the sofa had some stains and the ground wasn’t well vacuumed. We could see it with the amount of stuff that we stuck under our socks. The big shower head wasn’t functioning properly as too much calcaire was build up.

Mirrors: might be a detail but the overhead strong lights and the rose gold mirror in the bedroom are terrible to do make up.

Charging ports: the one in the overhead bed space weren’t all working, only 1 out of 3. We tried with our convertors but also British cables.

Humidity: I didn’t saw how we could open the window and didn’t figure out how we could handle the humidity of the shower. I saw a sort of ventilation in the bathroom but it wasn’t working from what I could notice.

Table: the small table near the sofa was slightly broken. We couldn’t keep anything on it otherwise it was falling.

While all those points doesn’t make a stay terrible, overall it’s not an outstanding experience. It’s great to have a aesthetic/hypsterish/modern place but a bit of simplicity doesn’t kill to make it easier to maintain !

Air conditioning was pretty useless in the heatwave. Also it was not very clean, vents and walls covered with thick dust.

Room looked nothing like it did online. Was originally put on top floor. Stank of damp and made my clothes smell funny. Also had a headache and popped ears from the altitude.

space is so tiny, it was difficult to get to bed, bed right up to wall on one side and a large sitting thing on the other side,
had to access bed from the bottom end, heavy wooden bed legs were ideal for toe and shin stubbing
air conditioning in first room didn't work
second room was very noisy but as it was the hottest days for years had to have it on

Det var som sagt trångt, men det funkade. Vi hade köpt till frukost och den var på ett café runt hörnet. Det hade vi kunnat skippa och istället äta frukost någon annanstans.

Tiny rooms - one not functional (couldn’t open cupboard doors as bed so close)
Bit too far from hustle and bustle of London, I would book in the city next time
Room not set up for 4 people, ie only 2 pieces of cutlery
Lots of walking due to location - we should have used the tube more!

Staff could have been more welcoming but it wasn’t a big deal. Bed was too soft for me but I slept well enough. The AC seemed to go off in the night so I woke up quite early because I was warm and I couldn’t find the panel to control it. It turned itself back on eventually.
