Cons:

The fact I didn't get my bond back straight away as they accused me of stealing the hair dryer, it wasn't until after 3-4 phone calls back and forth that the manager decided to look at the video footage of the maid cleaning the hotel room. She did see the maid leave with a hair dryer and I was eventually refunded. However no apology was given. It was disgusting service and I will never stay there again.

Clean, comfortable rooms in the heart of Essendon
Pros:

Great location. Close to train and tram and several eateries. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Nice meals in the dining room downstairs.

Cons:

Shared bathroom and breakfast area is a little inconvenient although they were clean, tidy and well provisioned.
However, for the price, the rooms were very good value.

Definitely would stay again if in melbourne area :)
Pros:

I loved the location, how kind the staff were, and the comfortability of it

Cons:

The only thing id mention was my chair was missing a bolt on it, so the leg would often curve or bend, which I’d fix up. No problems other than that

Hotel is very good but more could be done to encourage respectful use of facilities.
Cons:

Other guests were noisy in the kitchenette - cooking around midnight, and talking very loudly. Perhaps some signs needed to remind guests that other people are trying to sleep after 12pm on a weeknight.
