My stay was great, just not happy with the lack of wifi
Pros:

I love that it is so close to public transport. The rooms are always super clean as are the bathrooms.
The kitchen area is also kept clean

Cons:

I had no wifi on the TV and also I could not get satisfactory wifi on my phone to the point I could barely use it for anything online
I spoke to staff about it twice and they looked at it for me and I was told it would be fixed. I also mess moved to a different room thinking it may have been the actual tv that was not connecting, But it wasn’t.
Had I known this I would have brought my iPad. I stay here on a regular basis as it is close to my handicapped daughter. This was an inconvenience that I’ve not dealt with before when staying

Pros:

La habitación estaba limpia, y el baño (compartido) también. Está cerca de la parada del tram y de la estación de metro.

Cons:

Te cobran AUD 100 como "deposito" que recien te enteras en el momento, y lo devuelven recién al otro día de haber hecho check out. No debería ser necesario porque ya tienen tu tarjeta, si rompes algo podrán cobrarlo allí, ademas ningún hotel lo cobra.
