Un Día en Florencia
Pros:

Espacios comunes muy bonitos, staff muy amable y disponible(tuvimos una problematica con la primera habitación, el personal muy amable nos cambió la habitación haciendo un upgrade de la habitación y nos ofrecieron el kit de bienvenida para nuestra perrita), Pet friendly, desayuno, minibar free, posición impecable, Balcón con 2 sillas perfecto para relajarse

Too expensive for the experience
Pros:

Young atmosphere. Classy beautiful and well curated BAR for contemporary cocktails (also non-alcoholic), professionally served.
Large shower, ok bed.

Cons:

They asked us IF we wanted room cleaning every day… for the price of this room, such service shouldn’t be questioned. But even so, the room was very dusty upon arrival. Also worn out (decoration, curtains) that is not very classy.
The noisy fridge, I had to unplug it.
No way of charging your phone when light is switched off.
Breakfast is very mediocre, with small offer and cold cappuccino.

Experiência agradável!
Pros:

Muito confortável, limpo e agradável. Ambiente alegre de bar e restaurante. Hotel possui home e biblioteca.

Cons:

Fui assistir no Home o jogo Brasil e Marrocos (meia noite, horário local), e fecharam o cinema para limpeza. Primeiro jogo da copa. Inconcebível!
