Beautiful hotel with some minor flaws
Pros:

The staff were great and the hotel itself is very beautiful. The location is also fantastic.

Cons:

I wasn’t a fan of the bathroom layout. You walked past the bathroom sink to enter the room, and it felt very cramped. The toilet and shower were separate, and the toilet had a weird smell. The shower gave me dorm room vibes instead of luxury. The room itself was nice though. We got a good deal during the off-season, so it was still worth the stay.

An exceptional stay.
Pros:

This was honestly one of the most unique and pleasant hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We didn’t have breakfast included, so I can’t comment on the food, but the room was absolutely amazing - somehow even better than in the photos. The location was perfect; we didn’t need to use any transport at all during our four-day stay.

Cons:

Nothing - everything was excellent.

Fun, convenient and a great place to crash
Pros:

Great location and vibe. Big Rooms , clean and the reception team were on top of their game - check in / out, concierge services all good. Bars were great

Cons:

No issues with the property. Only thing I Didn’t enjoy was the breakfast. I was there for 5 nights and so were a lot of guests and there were just not too many options.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di Firenze. Parcheggio disponibile nella struttura ( a pagamento ). Stanza decisamente ampia con ingresso, letto spazioso, ampi spazi e bagno con grossa doccia.
