Hotel Onoma Daejeon, Autograph Collection

The hotel was reserved for me by my local contact as being close to where our meetings, during a 1.5 day / 2 night visit, would be. It was significantly more expensive than I would have reserved for myself, but for 2 nights, I did not argue. I got a (10%?) reduced rate via my hosts. As I discovered breakfast was not included, and given my time constraints and lack of familiarity with the surroundings, I asked to include breakfasts, which, after a 10% discount, were USD 32 each, Marriott style (Marriott runs the hotel). The morning I checked out, I was running late and had an upset stomach, and asked to cancel the breakfast and subtract it from the bill. Even though I had clear evidence of not having taken breakfast, I was told "impossible", because I got a "discounted " rate. As noted, I was running late, so I gave up as the argument with two very polite and otherwise friendly reception clerks was like arguing with a bot.
The room I got was a medium-sized so-called "business" de luxe room, but... without a table/chair to work, which made its name a bad joke.
The personnel were overall friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, clean, with basic stuff, including bottled water and an espresso-type coffee machine with capsules.
Still, I cannot recommend a hotel that is several times dearer than those around it but does not deliver when faced with something that is "not in the playbook". Not a great choice, even for this Bonvoy member.

동쪽으로 난 창이 있는 방인데 풍광이 너무 멋있었습니다.

호텔 이용객의 주차 안내가 미흡하고 주차장 안 주차 요원의 부재 혹은 부족으로 주차장 내의 혼잡함이 심하여서 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만, 호텔 직원들이 굉장히친절하였습니다.

호텔 전용 주차장이 아니기도하고, 안내도 잘 안되어 있어 초행자에게는 불편하고 어수선함. 로비도 7층 안내도 파악하기 어려움.

One of the best Marriott hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Very luxurious. Also located to a lot of places you can visit. Will definitely go back to this hotel.

가성비가 별로다. 인근 롯데시티호텔 보다 가성비가 못하다. 가격에 비해 식사의 다양성과 질도 별로다.

I came here for dinner to escape the terrible Lotte hotel nearby. What an oasis! Even though the entrance feels like an office building, once you reach the hotel it is a tranquil place. Staff was friendly and helpful and helped us get taxis. We had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant. What a contrast with the nearby Lotte, which is a disaster!

가격이 너무 비쌉니다.

설 연휴때 더 밑에 지방으로 내려가야하는데 차가 너무 막혀서 급하게 대전 1박 하였습니다!
오노마 호텔 좋더라구요 잘쉬다가 정체 피해서 그 다음날 잘 도착하였습니다!

수영장 물이 따뜻해서 이용하기 너무 좋았습니다. 조식도 괜찮았구요
한번씩 호캉스하기 좋습니다

Good, but I didn't like Room No.
because Asians have numbers they prefer, but the hoel just had Room numbers that I didn't like.
Besides that interior design, view, and cleanness of this hotel is fantastic.

방은 새집 증후군 냄새가 많이 나고 조식은 가성비가 별로임. 휘트니스는 좋았음 전체적으로 가격만 싸면 좋겠는데 백화점 연결된 것 말고는 메리트가 별로임

This hotel is located next to the fancy and luxurious shopping area and high class residential area.

This hotel interior design is beautiful and facilities are up dated and very clean.
