So close to summerfest , about a 20 min walk. It was well appointed. A great mix between an Airbnb & hotel. Nice that you had to key in your passcode to get to your floor - great safety feature
This is kind of picky but the hallways were very dark
The room was nice. Very boutique hotel vibe, very nice and bed was very comfortable. Street doors locked at night and code to get to rooms in elevator was nice security touch. Very home feel in rooms.
The restaurant was never open. Opened late in mornings after the business people have already left for day, only open at night on Friday and Saturday. Usually places that don't offer a place to eat will offer a way to get waters, sodas, snacks, something. The open places on the floor had coffee and that was it. Yogurt was in the refrigerator the first night, but then stock dwindled the rest of the week - on my 3rd morning, there was one yogurt and I took it and on my 4th morning, there was no yogurt. it is like it is only stocked up once a week. Just seemed odd with a place like this to not offer this type of service. And I didn't know that rooms would never be cleaned. I was there for 4 nights and room was never cleaned. That seemed odd as well. Could only find apps to watch TV, no menu to watch regular TV so could not find a way to watch the local news. No refrigerator in the rooms.

Loved the beds, linen, pillows, the whole space. Hostess was outstanding. Great size bathroom and shower. Great water pressure in shower. Entire space was very clean.
Parking was reasonable. did like the common space and the Nespresso coffee!
Should have been told that 1st floor was for pets. No clock in room. no complementary water. no hook near shower. No front desk, but this is a pretty contemporary hotel and we worked it out.
TV was not able to be turned on.
Great place to stay when in town for family events; weddings, graduations, etc. People can have their own hotel rooms, but there are great shared spaces to gather during "down time" between festivities.

The room temperature was a little warm and we had to open the door to cool it off. After that, it seemed to be fine.
Good location and facilities. Bed was comfy.
I booked later than planned so the cost was higher than expected. Oh well.
