Guest Reviews
The place is good looking and appears to be a hotel converted from a school or business. This gives it a quirky, original feel and layout. The bar and restaurant great. And the staff are friendly. Unexpectedly, the valet parking was the best I've experienced anywhere. Superfast and professional. That team gets very high marks.
Small quibble: On the downside, the tickets for the breakfast ad-on are exceptionally limited and at check-in, the clerk didn't explain that the "included breakfast" had only three narrow options. Better would be to have a price-limit on the coupons that can either be applied to the existing inexpensive "yogurt and fruit" option OR $X off a different breakfast. The limits should be explained when including the tickets in the pockets with the room keys.

Perfect location with Bellco theater basically right across the street. Affordable price. Staff are super friendly and accommodating.
Walking into the lobby is 2nd floor, and we thought we were on first floor, so a little confusing finding our room lol. Our room was by 12th street. Semi trucks like to park there and run their noisy truck all night. Next time I will ask for a room that isn't next to that street. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!
Too expensive. Went elsewhere
Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. It was such a unique place. Staff was friendly. It was located close to the Ball Arena where we going to see a concert. Also it was close to 16th Street so we cought a pedicab to the concrete. It felt very classy for a reasonable price.
The only downside was having to pay for their parking garage.
Love the theme, very clean, great location within 3 blocks of 16th Street Mall and steps from the Convention Center and the train. . Very friendly and helpful staff. Public parking available close by. The lounge areas were comfortable and welcoming.
Parking was difficult and confusing, it was hard to find the entrance (wasn't clear signage). Nice that public parking was close because I don't like valet parking. But very expensive. Breakfast was delicious but small portion for expensive price. Wish more information was available on-site about what was nearby and how to get there. I felt safe during the day but wouldn't want to be walking around at night.
