Todo muy bien solo que no hay recepción y te atiende el vigilante no hay limpieza en l habitación pero la habitación es muy amplia y muy bien solo también está alejado de todo y no hay trasporte y solo hay taxis muy caros

Property well take care off

It was clean and comfortable, the apartment had everything you need. Did not realise it was a walk up 5 stories.. for the king 2 bedroom, but got some exercise!

Great apartment with a lot of space and perfect for the kids with the private pool. Could have used more cleaning than once every five days, but other than that we were very happy with the place.

Excellent

Lovely hotel, very comfortable and excellent amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. When they get around to paving the dirt road that leads from the main road to the hotel entrance, the place will just about perfect. :)

Excellent place for a short stay in Tulum. Only problem I had is very short hot showers. We stayed in a penthouse suite and hot water would last 4 min and turn cold. But overall the stay was very nice. 10 min walk to main road to eat or 15 min taxi to the beach.

Appartement exceptionnel !
L'hotel est incroyablement beau et très bien placé. Au calme et avec un rapport qualité/prix incomparable.
Nous étions dans un PenteHouse au dernier étage avec tout le confort moderne : une connexion internet privée, une piscine privée, une fonainte d'eau privée et un espace intérieur et terrasse incroyable.
De tous les logements que nous avons connus, c'est de loin le plus beau.
L'accueil est très bon, la résidence est surveillée 24h/24 et on s'y sent vraiment comme à la maison :-)
La piscine est parfaitement entretenue et le sentiment de bien-être y est total.
Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et nous y retournerions avec un immense bonheur !

We did a late checking outside of their office hours yet it was simple and easy. The staff was pretty helpful and approachable and supported us with services we asked for. Some of those took a while but overall a very good responsiveness. The laundry facilities on the premises were closed due to some construction work I guess. Other than that a very clean and nice property.

The Penthouse was amazing. Our family of five loved it. There was room enough to all of us, the apartment was full of light and the roof terrace was just the best with a small pool of our own. We also used the shared pool downstairs, because it was big enough to do some exercise swimming too.
The car is needed, but it wasn’t a problem for us.
We would definitely choose this place again!

It's a lovely property, but it's in an area that's being developed. The short road to the entry from the main road is gravel with a small lake in the middle and lots of mud. It's about 2.5 miles from teh beach and 1+ mile from the downtown main street. Rent bikes, a scooter, or a car or you will have to take taxis at night- the main road is unsafe after dark. I wish the unit had lamps or something- the lighting was harsh (only can lights that madeit feel like a departmetn store), but otherwise, its great. Pool was too cold for getting in, but was lovely to lounge next to.

Amazing hotel just keep in mind if you don’t have a scooter or rent a car, it’s a 2 mile walk to town
