This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
No human on reception, hidden away. Medium size room, double bed against the wall, virtually no windows. Otherwise very comfortable, lots of accessories and got Netflix to work!
Reasonable value, few restaurants nearby, few other much cheaper hotels near nightclub area that are reasonable. Close to where we hired car (Orix) + 10m walk from station.
Very good location, and perfect to live in for the month I was away for work, good amenities and helpful staff
The air conditioner was a bit difficult at some points ie too hot or cold, the lack of natural light with the blackout blinds
The location is convenient to Sapporo Station and walking distance to many sightseeing spots in the central area. The room was the larger than most Japanese hotels and spotless.
More on me than the hotel, but the location is a bit hard to find because the signage is rather muted, and the instructions for finding and unlocking my room could have been more detailed.
I loved the space! Nice and spacious and perfect for two people, and would definitely recommend for solo travelers too. I also really liked the heating--nice and toasty. Love the abundance of pillows, love the TV, the record player was such a cool touch haha
Literally have no complaints. If I had to nitpick, I'd say that maybe it's sad that late check-out isn't a thing, but I also don't really mind.
The projector was a nice surprise
The location was close to the station but the opposite side of everything we wanted to go to. Especially since it was snowing while we’re there, walking that extra 15 minutes was a bit of a hassle.
Very close to Sapporo station.
Very spacious and clean. It felt like a newly constructed/renovated building. I greatly enjoyed my stay here.
Nothing!
Comfortable room with a big space
If the check in time can more early than 16:00 will be great or the hotel can offer a locker to put our luggage will be great
Location is great, close to the University at a quiet side street.
There is a permanently illuminated “emergency exit” sign at the door IN the room. This makes it bright as day in the night and doesn’t let you sleep. I stayed in more than 100 hotels and apartments in my life, but I never experienced this.
The location was great, has everything you need, comfortable and clean. It's better than some hotels.
If I needed to leave my bags because of early arrival that would be difficult.
the position is next to hokudai
the noise at night is unpleasant
Good location
I like the place, accesible to most of the attraction in the city, near the mrt. Price is reasonable, clean and the host are friendly. I will visit again sapporo and i will definitely come back to this hotel.
Not much that i dont like..
Location was great, only 5-10 minute walk from the main Sapporo Station. We went during early February so snow was heavy. This made the side road to the house a bit difficult to drive in because the road wasn't shovelled enough. This is obviously only applicable to people who drove to the location though. There are 3 parking lots we you have to reserve for your stay there in your booking. The apartment was smaller than the pictures but the cleanliness, tidiness and the location more than made up for that, especially if you understand that houses and apartments in Japan city centres are smaller than western places.
Overall, a great place with lots to offer and I 100% recommend staying here!
it’s very warm and comfortable. There was provision of items needed for a short stay and even washing detergent capsules to use for laundry!
As it was winter, the walk to the apartment was a little challenging especially with luggage… almost fell a couple times but other than that, I guess it’s ok during other seasons in the year.
