Overall I loved this hotel!
Pros:

The location was cool but that BED OMG! I wish I booked for the full 3 nights of my trip but I couldn’t due to high demand in this hotel.

Cons:

It’s around a lot of nightlife. So if you coming to rest don’t come here!

Pros:

Very nice hotel in nice neighborhood and good facilities. Rooftop area with pool and gym were great.

The trains going past were very loud. The windows muffled the sounds quite well, but I still woke up a few times because of them.

Best place to stay at the heart of Fort Lauderdale
Pros:

The best location in Fort Lauderdale. I spent 2 months there with my family (mother, wife, baby and a 3 year old kid) and they all loved it. The staff was always caring, helpful and available. The swimming pool was amazing with the sunsets and the 24 hour gym my relief so I would exercise at any time. The garage space was good and near the hotel apartment, so it was easy to go by. I've used the grills quite a lot and they were spectacular. The co-work area also sufficed some of my meeting needs –– as well as the printer (which helped e a lot with documentation I needed in hand).

The hotel rooms face the train track, but the windows are well protected so the sound wasn't an issue at all. In fact, my kid loved seeing the trains coming and going. The railroad is by itself a historical landmark with the drawbridge at the heart of the Riverwalk.

It is definitely a place I would like to return once in Fort Lauderdale again, and that I surely would recommend to friends and family.

Cons:

The initial room had an issue (it was smaller than what I've booked in the image), but the staff moved us over immediately after we communicated. After the first month, the staff detected an issue in this new room and we had to change again to another room 2 floor below. So, we were always covered. Just the moving around that was a bit bothersome –– but understandable.


Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't open (under renovation) for these 2 months we stayed there.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, was able to get an early check-in and a late check-out. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The pool and amenities were great and clean. Amazing location

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Easy access to downtown and airport. Multiple bedrooms for larger families, self contained kitchen with laundry facilities. Beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Noise from bars and party goers outside. No telephone in the rooms to call reception. No broom or mop to use, and no housekeeping. Toiletries and amenities are available from reception. Not enough chairs in living area for more than 2 persons. Parking on site is expensive at $40 a day. Cost generally to stay was exorbitant.

Unique stay. Liked the decor.
