Excellent place to stay with family
Pros:

It was a short stay but loved the location, neatness of the hotel and staff were amazing.
I will book again if need to visit Cincinnati in the nearest future.
Breakfast was good with varieties to choose especially fresh fruits for me.
Keep improving on the standard.

Cons:

Nothing negative about the hotel.

Great Option
Pros:

The location and cleanliness of the facility. Seating outside patio was nice as an option. Breakfast buffet included in the hotel cost was a nice option as well.

Cons:

The shower door was broken and wouldn't stay closed so water was getting on the floor when showering. Room 404. I did report it to the staff upon checking out

Great place just horrible breakfast for the price
Pros:

The staff was very friendly helped when needed

Cons:

The breakfast was not the best Saturday morning the sausage didn't even look like it was done. Sunday morning the sandwiches they had was tough was not impressed with the breakfast at all

Disappointing depature!
Pros:

The location was great, beds were comfortable, very clean. I liked that there was vinyl flooring instead of carpet in the rooms.

Cons:

I had an emergency at home where my son was in an accident we had to check out a day early. The front desk staff were not very knowledgeable on how to operate the computer software upon checking in or our emergency departure. I had to fight with them on the refund for the second day. All and all this part was very frustrating especially dealing with what we were already facing with my son. I booked the reservation through booking.com and they were very nice about facilitating the refund process.

i enjoyed my stay and it provided what we needed for our spring break trip.
Pros:

the staff was very friendly, location was great. right in the mist of activities. rooms clean.
breakfast was ok but bacon could have been better.

I rented the hotel for a min vacation for swimming. The pool closed. ... never opened so we left early.
