Pros:

The pool was clean. Rooms spacious

Cons:

They do not allow swimsuits anymore in main pool. The hotel side pool is very very cold, water is clean but the pool area and toilets are very very dirty and not well maintained.

Reason not to stay at Radisson Airport
Pros:

Location and room size

Cons:

Property management. Maintenance clearly not supervised since the a/c in room not working in spite of ac technician being requested to fix one day spent without a/c!
Noise of other guests children charging up and down corridor and bang doors until post midnight
Service in main dining room non existent all staff focussed on some form of renovation planning meeting whilst customers sitting and wondering if restaurant open or closed plenty of management on hand but no intervention
Shuttle too in frequent
Not sure what this property is? A compound a flight crew facility a child care facility!
Not a property for business people on a short visit to Riyadh

Pros:

The room is big and clean , stuff is kind, I loved the balcony .

Cons:

It’s like a huge compound you need to use buggy to come from the room to the reception / breakfast , I wanted something simple for a night and ended up being too complicated.

عدم وجود منطقة العاب للاطفال، سعر البوفيه مرتفع،
كنت حاجز يومين وبمدد يوم بحجز جديد وارسلت لهم عبر الاميل بحجزي الجديد وانه يكون نفس الغرفه وشامل الافطار، وتم الرد عبر الاميل بانه تم كل ماذكرت، واتفاجأ عند دخول المطعم للافطار بان حجزي غير شامل الافطار ، وذهبت الى الاستقبال وشرحتله الموقف وقلت له انظر للاميل المرسل من قبلكم، قال نعم ولكن كان ربما يقصد الموظف شيء اخر😅

Cons:

1- عند اتمام الحجز وتم تنزيل الاغراض جميعها من السيارة
اتفاجى ب ان السكن في المبنى الاخر وليس نفس المبنى
وتم تحميل الاغراض مرة اخرى في السيارة
2- عند الوقوف في المبنى تم الانتظار طويلا حتى تم وصول العمالة لتنزيل الاغراض
3- عند تنزيل الاغراض مرة اخرى اتفاجى ب ان الغرفة ليست المختارة تم التواصل مع الاستقبال وتمت الافادة ب ان تم تسلمينا الغرفه بالخطاء
4- تم نقل الشنط والاغراض مرة اخرى وتم الذهاب الى الغرفة الاخرى ( اطلالة مسبح )
5- بالصباح الباكر ازعاج اشبه ب سحب كراسي او طاولات بشكل مزعج في الخارج ، لم نستطع استكمال النوم
6- هذي هي التجربة وبالمختصر لن اعيد التجربة مرة اخرى وشكرا
