Absolut schlechter Service. Das war das erste Flughafen Hotel, was keinen kostenlosen Shuttelservice anbieten. Das Hotel liegt 8 KM vom Flughafen entfernt.

Der Reservation Manager scheint auch nur inkompetent zu sein. Erst wird gar nicht über booking geantwortet, dann ist bei der bestätigten(!) Abholung niemand vom Hotel in der Ankunftshalle.

Grundsätzlich scheinen die Hotelmitarbeiter überhaupt nicht serviceorientiert zu sein. Die Rezeption sah es nicht einmal nötig, mir eine Wegbeschreibung zum Zimmer zu sagen. ( Hotel hat mehrere Gebäude )

Die Zimmer sind auch keine 61 m² groß. Und die Heizung funktioniert auch nicht wirklich.

Jde o hotel u letiště, takže naše očekávání nebyla velká, ale byli jsme mile překvapeni. Dobrá snídaně i bufetová večeře, skvělé a za dobrou cenu jídlo v rámci room service. Prostorné pokoje. Ochotná recepce.

Cons:

Před naším příjezdem by bylo dobré pokoj "oprášit". V kuchyni nebylo žádné nádobí - jen pár skleniček a šálky na kávu.
