Très class. Très joli site et beau design.
Ce sont des mini résidences répartie sur le site.
Jolie plantation et pisicine très grande.

Cons:

C'est un peu loin de la ville
La plage est très propre mais celle d'à coté pas du tout. Dommage

Reclamation concernant la qualité des services durant notre sejour

Madame, Monsieur,

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement pendant cinq jours et quatre nuits. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été très décevante et les prestations fournies ne correspondaient pas à nos attentes.

Le lundi et le mardi, le restaurant offrait très peu de choix et la qualité des repas était insuffisante. De plus, aucune animation ni activité de divertissement n’était proposée. Le personnel nous a indiqué que cela était dû au faible nombre de clients présents dans l’hôtel.

Nous ne considérons pas cette justification comme acceptable, car nous avons payé 15 000 DH pour ce séjour. Le prix payé aurait dû garantir l’ensemble des services annoncés, quel que soit le nombre de clients présents.

Nous vous demandons de bien vouloir examiner notre réclamation et d’intervenir afin qu’une solution équitable ou une compensation appropriée puisse être envisagée.

Great facilities, terrible management.

The scenery and the cleanliness of the facilities was great.

Cons:

We stayed 3 nights and the cleaners haven't showed up despite telling them to.
The food was mediocre.
We called the reception at around 11 or 12 pm to ask for a bottle of water, and they told us that the lounge bar (where we could get water bottles) is closed, and they'll see if the housekeeping got any bottles to spare, and of course, they did not show up.
