Un cadre exceptionnel malheureusement terni par un sérieux manque d’organisation et de professionnalisme du service.
Pros:

L’établissement est idéalement situé, avec un emplacement exceptionnel. Le cadre est magnifique, paisible et reposant. C’est un endroit parfait pour se détendre, surtout dans une région aussi calme et préservée

Cons:

Le professionnalisme du personnel laisse malheureusement à désirer. Mon téléphone de chambre a sonné sans raison apparente. Dans la nuit, deux membres du personnel sont entrés dans ma suite vers 0h30 sans frapper correctement, ce qui m’a profondément surpris et mis mal à l’aise. Ils ont expliqué qu’ils vérifiaient les chambres occupées, ce qui n’est absolument pas acceptable. Un minimum de respect et de procédure (frapper et attendre une réponse) est indispensable.
De plus, le petit-déjeuner demandé à 5h00 est arrivé en retard, incomplet, posé au sol et sans boissons chaudes. La prestation était bâclée et ne correspond pas au standing attendu.

Personnel de réception vulgaire (surtout une fille à la réception elle parle d’une manière dégoûtante! Comme si elle est à la rue! Si c’est un hôtel 5 étoiles le personnel doit être à la hauteur!!)
J’ai demandé une petite décoration à l’avance pour mon anniversaire ils ont rien fait !!
