Pros:

Nice facility and friendly staff, was able to check in early with no issues

Cons:

Limited signage so I was unsure which building was hotel, but this could have been my own issue

Great location, clean and good customer service!
Pros:

I loved the location of the hotel; it was nearby Old Town Temecula and shopping centers. I also liked that parking was available, check-in was easy and customer service was great! it was a smooth check-in, and I felt like the room was spacious, comfy and clean!

Pros:

The property was clean and seemed rather well kept

Cons:

My room was loud and noisy at night. The shower was leaking the entire stay which lead to me having poor nights sleep every night. In addition, despite stating that house keeping was provided every other day… it wasn’t leading me to run out of soap almost toilet paper full bins, ect will not be back
