Comfortable, spotless place to stay

On a four week trip, one night at this place, a member of ambassador club since 2009. I dropped my glasses to find rubbish under bed, bottle top and thick dust, obviously not vacuumed under bed for months , bathroom floor was very sticky, thankfully had my own slippers reported to front desk told to email manager which I did room not clean, felt dirty. Had no response from email

We left early for my son’s tournament and when we came back the room had not been cleaned and there were no clean towels. When we asked, we were told that we needed to request the service. Nobody informed us about that at check-in

Good location but lacks the Temecula charm.
Pros:

Lobby was sheek and modern. Good location.

Cons:

But you could could hear doors open and close all through the night. It was hard to sleep. For the price, I expected the room to be nicer and beds more comfortable.
