I would not stay at this location again
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The carpet was dingy. The whole place needed to be cleaned. It was not up to the Hilton standards I’m use to. The atmosphere was less than favorable. The staff clearly did not like their job. They were not friendly and definitely not welcoming.

On a four week trip, one night at this place, a member of ambassador club since 2009. I dropped my glasses to find rubbish under bed, bottle top and thick dust, obviously not vacuumed under bed for months , bathroom floor was very sticky, thankfully had my own slippers reported to front desk told to email manager which I did room not clean, felt dirty. Had no response from email

We left early for my son’s tournament and when we came back the room had not been cleaned and there were no clean towels. When we asked, we were told that we needed to request the service. Nobody informed us about that at check-in
