Was NOT ANYTHING TO NOT LIKE.

My room was loud and noisy at night. The shower was leaking the entire stay which lead to me having poor nights sleep every night. In addition, despite stating that house keeping was provided every other day… it wasn’t leading me to run out of soap almost toilet paper full bins, ect will not be back

I did not like the fact that I was charged for Breakfast/Tip/and tax that I did NOT order or have. Also, my credit card was charged an additional small charge for unknown purpose that was not included in my final bill. Note: I was able to get these charges refunded after a few attempts. One more thing, was the additional charge for self parking. The cost was reasonable, ($12.00) but should be included in the initial rate. After all, it's just a parking lot under the Hotel building.

I was surprised there was not a complimentary buffet. Charge $20 more and offer it. The room was worn. Small holes in the window coverings. The air conditioning was on and the sheets felt damp and wrinkled. The bed was
uncomfortable. I was disappointed that not even a bottle of water was complimentary. The shower floor was slimly and there were no wash cloths. When I asked for some, the housekeeper didn't know what I was talking about so I looked in her cart and showed her. The basement elevator slammed at the end and the sliding doors to the parking area kept opening and closing every time you moved while waiting for the elevator doors to open.
The air conditioning was either way too cold and blew on the bed or not cold enough. I just turned the entire system
off. Over all, I was disappointed with the starkness and lack of comfort of the rooms and the hotel. Even in the lobby dining area, the banquets were so deflated that to sit and try to eat was difficult because the table came up to my chin. Just not a great time.

the lighting in the garage needed to be brighter, the registration desk was right in the dining area, only handicapped parking available in the registration area.

Bed comfort and overpriced.

No coffee offered or simple breakfast included and $12.00 for parking?? Come on. That's just gouging at its best. Disgusting frankly.

The reason that we selected this hotel was because my grandson was supposed to have an afterparty there following his wedding. For reasons unknown to us, the bartender left before the charter bus arrived with all the guests. Therefore, his afterparty was ruined. Many of his wedding guests had booked into this hotel because of the afterparty, which never happened. We are very disappointed with these circumstances.
Also, we received a notice from booking. com that the parking would be $10 per night, but the hotel said that the information was incorrect, and it was $12 a night, after showing them the email, they honored the $10 a night but said that you (booking.com) have the wrong information.
When we checked out the total for the stay was significantly higher than the original bill, and we had to once again show them the email with the correct billing amount. We did receive a refund, which we will have to wait 7-10 days to receive.
The refrigerator in the room was not working correctly and everything we put in it got covered in ice.

The toilet clogged up and we could not use it because it would not flush - which meant that if we wanted to use a toilet we had to go to the lobby.
The barn door locked halfway to the bathroom and did not close all the way.
The shampoo in the shower was hardly filled.
The electrical plugs next to the bed above the end table in between the beds did not work at all to be able to charge my phone. These are all things that really need to be checked.
The breakfast was shocking, the food was overcooked and really was not great!
