Great location, clean and good customer service!
Pros:

I loved the location of the hotel; it was nearby Old Town Temecula and shopping centers. I also liked that parking was available, check-in was easy and customer service was great! it was a smooth check-in, and I felt like the room was spacious, comfy and clean!

Pros:

The property was clean and seemed rather well kept

Cons:

My room was loud and noisy at night. The shower was leaking the entire stay which lead to me having poor nights sleep every night. In addition, despite stating that house keeping was provided every other day… it wasn’t leading me to run out of soap almost toilet paper full bins, ect will not be back

would consider staying again if I ever visited Temecula again.
Pros:

did no eat anything. the room was comfortable.

Cons:

the lighting in the garage needed to be brighter, the registration desk was right in the dining area, only handicapped parking available in the registration area.

Your staff, except for the housekeeping staff who yelled communication at each other all day long.

Cons:

I was surprised there was not a complimentary buffet. Charge $20 more and offer it. The room was worn. Small holes in the window coverings. The air conditioning was on and the sheets felt damp and wrinkled. The bed was
uncomfortable. I was disappointed that not even a bottle of water was complimentary. The shower floor was slimly and there were no wash cloths. When I asked for some, the housekeeper didn't know what I was talking about so I looked in her cart and showed her. The basement elevator slammed at the end and the sliding doors to the parking area kept opening and closing every time you moved while waiting for the elevator doors to open.
The air conditioning was either way too cold and blew on the bed or not cold enough. I just turned the entire system
off. Over all, I was disappointed with the starkness and lack of comfort of the rooms and the hotel. Even in the lobby dining area, the banquets were so deflated that to sit and try to eat was difficult because the table came up to my chin. Just not a great time.

This Hotel is nice, comfortable and safe. Staff is friendly. Just watch your CC charges.
Pros:

Check-in was great. Front desk associate was wonderful. Hotel layout was as expected. Public area / Lobby area was comfortable and relaxing. Did not eat any meals from Grill area.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that I was charged for Breakfast/Tip/and tax that I did NOT order or have. Also, my credit card was charged an additional small charge for unknown purpose that was not included in my final bill. Note: I was able to get these charges refunded after a few attempts. One more thing, was the additional charge for self parking. The cost was reasonable, ($12.00) but should be included in the initial rate. After all, it's just a parking lot under the Hotel building.
