Pros:

주차도 편하고 시설도 깨끗하고 특히 시몬스 침대인가요?잠자리 편하고 설봉온천 패키지로 좋았어요.

Cons:

높이가 높은 곳이라 28층 부모님과 같이 갔는데 압력이 있는지 불편해 하셨어요.

Pros:

It absolutely exceeded my expectations. It had a full refrigerator, clothes washer, drying rack, stove. You can easily stay several days here. There was free parking, the only issue was the steps between the parking garage and the hotel, which are not easy with heavy luggage. We are driving around Korea staying in hotels and Hanok, and this hotel is easy the price to quality leader amongst 10 hotels so far.

이천 출장을 많이 다니는데,
주변 호텔과 비교하면 전반적으로 더 좋은것 같습니다.

今回はお世話になりありがとうございました。
日本人の投稿があまりないので投稿いたします。
先ずは利川綜合バスターミナルからは徒歩10分ほど 、アンフン公園を抜けると近道です。
利川の繁華街もバスターミナルの近くです。
近くにコンビニはセブン、CU、GS25があります。
また徒歩10分にロッテマート利川店有り。
午後11時まで営業、日曜定休日。
ここに行けば衣食住なんでも揃います。
フロントは基本お昼頃から午後九時くらいまで人が居ます。
その他はキオスク若しくはインターフォンにて対応
私も夜遅くにワインオープナーをお借りしたのですが快く部屋まで届けてくださいました。
また、トイレが詰まった際は人が居る時間を見計らってフロントに相談し対応して下さいました。
総じて不便なく滞在できました。
ハイツの一部分がホテルみたいなので住人の方もいらっしゃるのでお気をつけください。
また、宅配(日本でいえばウーバーイーツ)の方が頻繁に出入りしてます。

Pros:

깔끔한 레지던스 오피스텔인데 깔끔해요. 앞에 설봉온천장이 있고 공원도 있어서 이용하기 좋았어요. 주차도 편하고.

잠만 자기엔 굿
Pros:


가격대비 괜찮았어요.
다만 공원전망으로 예약했는데
커튼을 여니 아파트 하얀벽이 바로 딱.
잠만 자고 나올거니 그냥 커튼을 닫고 잤어요.

Unsold condo rooms- not a hotel!
Pros:

Great location in the heart of Icheon. The air conditioning works very well!

Cons:

This is not a hotel- the rooms are actually unsold condos. The front desk is not manned all the time. The toilet in our first room clogged so they switched our room. The TV didn’t work in our second room and they couldn’t fix it. The bed mattresses are very hard.
