Cons:

First interaction with them was poor. I tried to see if I could check in “early” and spoke over the phone. They assured me I could grab the key and check in at 2:30pm but no earlier. We hit traffic anyway and arrived after regular check I. Time (3;15) but was told the room was not clean or ready yet…

Very rude overnight “manager” who had a bad attitude clearly did not know how to properly perform her job or want to be there. Cheaply maintained facilities , dirty rooms (hairs in bathroom, smell of old Body odor and Vape juice in the room).They will Nickel and dime you on everything. Not even a bottle of water in the room- I am a gold status member and was told I got a “snack pack”…. I got 1 packet of chips and 1 bottle of water - same nasty night manager SHOUTING at me because I told her I needed water for my wife and that i was going to pay for it.
Room was just under $600 dollars with taxes and fees for 1 night….. totally ridiculous - this is in the same category as a strip mall motor hotel. Honestly looks like they just put beds inside an old dentists office or corporate park and called it a hotel.

Great place and would definitely stay again if in the area.
Pros:

Great selection of items for a self serve breakfast buffet. Rooms and common areas were clean and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The heating/cooling system was a bit noisy but functioned very well. Would have liked to have a magnifying mirror in the bath.
