Excelente ubicación, habitación limpia, amplia y cómoda. El desayuno buffet fue excelente, se agradece que incluyera opciones de la gastronomía regional. Mi única observación es que no tenía ventanas que se pudieran abrir por lo que la única opción de ventilación era el sistema de aire acondicionado, el cuál era un equipo viejo, voluminoso, un poco ruidoso y que no tenía la opción para cambiar la dirección del chorro de aire

Quiet and well located

They have a TON of security watching you and they treat you like second class citizens even but won't do anything poolside and will keep giving drinks to obviously already inebriated people, that end up barfing, spitting, pouring beer in the pool, throwing in pool furniture, falling on people trying to enjoy a quiet relaxing time... but when to ask security and staff do something they will only watch and do nothing.
The pool is SMALL and it is NOT a family pool. What is the point of having all this"security" when they can't even keep people safe. The girl hit her head several times and with her drunk she could have had a serious accident. I didn't even bother to go in.

I work in hotels in the US and our rules are for a purpose and to add to have been charged a $15 Gin and tonic in Ecuador?! Talk about inflation.

Upon check out today not even a "how was your stay?" Or during dinner ask if i wanted coffee or dessert? It was a pointless stay and i just went downstairs to Listo and wish I cut my time there short.

Stay at the the Wyndham or Oro Verde they actually listen to their guests. And you're less likely to catch a horrible disease from the pool.

Excellent staff, location, place

Terrívei o primeiro que chegando me falaram que teria que pagar o imposto porque nao estava cuberto pelo app. Achei injusto essa cobrança que o hotel fez ja que no detalhamento do pago aparece imposto ela falou que não ai estava ficando chata a conversa andava em família e não queria estress terminei pagando, o cafe da manhã deixa muito a desejar quase nao tem variedade.

Beautiful hotel! I loved it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel area is safe and convenient. The only thing we don’t like was that they let some guests blast their music in their room. It was so loud and not necessary.

Es un buen hotel bien ubicado y con una tienda completa. Tiene uba piscina pequeña. Falta mejorar algunos detalles como la temperuratura del agua y la presion de la ducha. El desayuno es bueno.

Excelente alojamiento, amplias habitaciones, buen servicio y buena comida, el pero es la ubicación, muy congestionada e insegura

This hotel had a beautiful view to the malecón and had to many places nearby to shop at as well as to dine in.

We liked the view of the river from our room.
