Decent But Noisy Due to Short-Stay Guests
Pros:

Cleanliness, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Since this hotel charges by the hour aswell, most people were only there for very short stays. This meant frequent noise in the hallway, loud conversations, and footsteps at all hours.

Pretty bad experience.
Pros:

The equipment was in really bad shape. It was obviously very used. Mold everywhere - in the air conditioning, in the bathroom, on the walls. Very bad cigarette smoke smell.

Photos are very outdated- hotel needs a deep clean

Orignally it was the location, but it there was no where safe to walk to/from the park to the hotel

Cons:

I originally booked this because it was close to Tirana Park. The whole area was like a building site. The web are very out dated. The hotel looks run down, needs a deep clean. There was a party at 3am on our floor that we were on which woke us up.

The duvet had stains all over it..

Unpleasant experience, would not recommend
Pros:

It is located very close to the place I need to get.

Cons:

It is a smoking-in hotel. If you are not a smoker, do not even consider to stay in.
The room was not properly cleaned and maintained. Dirty walls, window frames, etc. The bed frame was broken completely. I think this hotel has a great potential, but is not taking care of.
