Pros:

Room was clean, under the window the wall was dirty
Breakfast was good
Translation was great, the 🚊 is near and a lot of things to see and do are nearby.
Street is noisy and dirty

We loved our stay at Mitra Donwtown. I highly recomend everyone good breakfast good location couple minutes away grand bazaar and blue mosque , Hagia sophia tram is just 3 minutes to walk. We will be back soon ❤️❤️❤️

My experience at this hotel was amazing The hotel is located in the city center, where you can visit all the tourist attractions such as (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Grand Bazaar) on foot, 3 minutes close to the tram station. Very clean and comfortable place There is daily room cleaning Breakfast is served in the morning on the terrace overlooking the sea Delicious and varied breakfast The hotel manager is very friendly and helps you with everything you need in Istanbul and provides transportation at reasonable prices I recommend this hotel

Terrible experience- Hotel.com need to remove it.
Pros:

The taxi could not go close to the hotel as street is blocked in morning. I stood out on the street as hotel entrance was locked. There was no door bell. When guests came out, I entered and had to climb to first floor with my suitcase. There was no reception. I called the hotel phone from my US phone and someone came down. Only room was on third floor and no elevator. I asked him to cancel as I am old and cannot climb stairs. I checked in hotel next door. Mitra Hotel description was very deceptive.
