Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das kostenlose Zimmerupgrade – wir haben das beste Zimmer des Hotels bekommen. Eine wirklich tolle und großzügige Überraschung! 🥰

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel. Auch das Essen hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Lage des Hotels ist einfach top – perfekt, um alles schnell zu erreichen.

Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Görkem, der uns mit seiner freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Art besonders positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist. ❤️

Çalışanlar güleryüzlü.Yiyecek bol çeşit ve kaliteli.Bazı geceler kaliteli canlı müzik var.

Booking'den 4 kişi için 2 oda almıştık. Gerek görseller gerekse de booking'deki harita konumunda deniz kenarında bulunan tesisin meğerse 2 binası varmış ve booking aradan 4 şeritli cadde geçen kara tarafında bulunan ikinci binayı kullanıyormuş. Bu şikayetimi booking 'e bildirmeme rağmen tarafıma bir dönüş de olmadı. Otel mağduriyetimizi hafifletmek amacıyla bize deniz tarafındaki binadan bir aile odası ayarladı ama ben 2 triple oda parası ödeyip sıfır manzaralı 1 aile odasında konaklamış oldum.

Horrible food poisoning
Cons:

The last day of our stay was absolutely horrible. I got severe food poisoning and, despite feeling extremely sick, had to drive 7 hours to get back home. I ended up in the hospital immediately after the journey.

What was supposed to be the final day of a relaxing trip turned into a frightening and exhausting experience. Very disappointing and definitely not the way anyone should have to end their stay. Please take food safety seriously

We had a great holiday at the Emre.
Pros:

Everything was great. Clean and comfortable

Cons:

Had to cross busy road to get to the beach hotel for food and the sea. If a lights controlled zebra would be safer. For elderly. Prams / young children and wheelchairs

Overall, a very disappointing stay with poor management, rude staff, and a hotel that falls far below 4-star standards.

Terrible experience. This hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating.

I booked a large triple room but was given a much smaller room, which they strangely called an “upgrade.”

I had to change rooms four times just to finally get something close to the room I had originally reserved. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the hotel manager told me that I could leave the hotel and they would cancel my reservation, knowing it was already late and difficult to find another hotel.

The photos are also misleading. Street-facing rooms are extremely noisy because the windows are poorly sealed.

The building has around 200 rooms but only two elevators, so you have to wait a very long time just to get one.

The staff were generally rude and unprofessional. Definitely not a 4-star experience, and I would not stay here again.
