The size of the room
The only problem with this room is that the entrance to the bath room is through the sleeping room
Very welcoming staff, first class accommodation, very clean, very quiet and very comfortable. The moment you step in from the busy streets of London it felt calm, quiet and relaxing.
Most everything was good. Mini fridge with freezer was nice.

The cleanliness level should be improved a lot.
The location is great as close to shows, shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk away. The room was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped for what we needed and has a dishwasher.
Minor things really....Having to wait at check in, the lady asked us to wait for her to check if room was ready and it appears she forgot about us. After 10 minutes of waiting, another lady noticed us and sorted out our room cards out and everything was fine after that.
Also, couldn't change air conditioning temperature in our suite from 21 C so had to turn it off all together when room was too cold.

Clean, quiet, spacious, and centrally located hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Loved having AC during the heat wave. Onsite washers and dryers were a definite bonus.
Only one operational elevator. Unable to get down to laundry level via stairs. Graffiti outside building next door was off putting.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Its location was excellent, with many key attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Despite being centrally located, it was quiet and peaceful at night. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.
There were only a few minor drawbacks. We had expected the couch to be a pullout bed, but it was not. The room faced inward, so the view was limited. Amenities were fairly basic, although they met our needs. We also experienced a few issues with the elevator during our stay. None of these significantly impacted our trip, but they are worth noting for future guests.
