Location, location, location. Given the apartment’s central location, we walked everywhere, even though there are two tube stations nearby - Holborn and Temple. Plus point is that it’s a 10-min walk to Waterloo Bridge so it was easy to enjoy a scenic run/walk along the Thames. Though Lincoln Suites is on a main road, it wasn’t noisy.
The one-bedroom apartment is perfect for two. The washer dryer came in really handy and there was also an ironing board. Housekeeping is done every four days but the staff were very accommodating when we asked to have our trash cleared daily. When we ran out of toiletries, we just had to ask the staff for a top up.
All in all, a very cosy apartment for two. We will definitely be back.
The table was a bit small so when we ate in the apartment, we had to make use of the coffee table, which was even smaller. But understandable given that it’s not a big space. It would also have been helpful to have an instruction sheet for the oven. We had to google to find out that the oven had a microwave function.
The location was ideal. It was centrally located so that everything in central London was 2 miles or less. I had a room in the basement without windows that was perfectly quiet all night. The room was well equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. For me, the central location, ability to sleep well, and reasonable price made it a great choice. There were plenty of places to grab breakfast in the immediate vicinity (although not inside the hotel.)
A sign in the hall said that room service would be every fourth day, but clean towels would be provided on request. I was there for 5 nights and had my room serviced only once. Is this a new normal for London?

The location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.
A small point but worth mentioning, the suite looks in work spaces so we needed to have the curtains closed in the lounge and bedroom. Perhaps a sheet curtain as well as full block curtain might be worth considering
Lincoln Suites is an excellent location to explore central London. The room was larger than most places I have stayed when visiting the UK and I appreciated having a kitchen, washing machine, and sitting area. The staff are wonderful and welcoming from the moment you arrive. Its central location made it easy to walk to many of the museums and monuments in the area including Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery, National Portrait Gallery, and the Charles Dickens Home and Museum.
The room I had was organized around two small central courtyards so it was necessary to keep my curtains closed most of the time, but it also meant the room was very quiet at night.
It is very centrally located and convenient and it has all the facilities needed for a great stay.
I am a student at LSE next door and I reguraly stay in this hotel, but I was dissapointed that at arrival (which was a few hours before check-in time), our room was available but we were not allowed to check-in, unless we pay an additional amount. We refused to pay additionally and had to wait a few hours in the coffee place outside until check-in time. For comparison, we checked out at 6am on our last day there, so freed the room hours earlier than check-out.
Great location, 5 minutes from Holborn station, easy walking distance from Covent Garden, theatre district and other popular spots.
Room had everything we needed, especially grateful for the air conditioning in the recent heatwave! The room was spotlessly clean, modern and the small kitchen area was really handy. Good size bathroom with shower, large sink and shelves for additional storage. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was great. Room was big enough.
Windows look into building void-room windows looking into each other. But since we used the room only for sleep it was not a big problem.
Location was excellent, staff friendly, rooms good size.
We had some issues with the room, it took a few complaints to get a resolution.
Great stay in London! The apartment was modern, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Despite being on a very central road, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!
The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and the view from our apartment wasn’t the best, but that’s understandable for central London.

Quiet rooms set in a perfect location for easy access to Covent Garden Market, Seven Dials, and walk down Whitehall to Westminster area. Friendly helpful staff.
