Une suite et un hotel magnifique digne d’un grand hotel.

Cons:

Le fonctionnement de l’électricité dans la chambre n’était pas clair.

Perfection in every detail :)
Pros:

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Every single aspect of this hotel deserves the highest praise - there are simply no weak points!

What impressed us most was the extraordinary attention to detail. Every room has its own individual style and character, yet all the elements work together beautifully and harmoniously. The entire place has been designed and finished with exceptional care, and the result is truly impressive.

It is such a wonderful place to spend time that we sometimes did not even feel like going to the beach ;) We simply wanted to enjoy the hotel for as long as possible. For our whole family (two adults and one child - it was an absolute pleasure.

A special thank you to the incredibly kind and welcoming host, Piero, and to the entire team, who made our stay even more enjoyable.

We almost never write reviews, but this place is a genuine exception. It deserves to be recognised and supported. We could not recommend it more highly.

First time in Rimini, great time in Demo Hotel
Pros:

We searched a lot for a good hotel in Rimini, and we ended up at Demo Hotel - it was a really good decision. The whole design of the hotel is cool, cosy, modern and clean. In the lobby, you have a coffee machine and different drinks (gin/aperol/cola/etc), on the 2nd floor, there is an ice-maker. Apartments are well designed, so we could put the kids into their own room. Ours was the "Just like home". The bedroom had its own shower. Laundry is also available. Last night we moved into the "In a light wave", here you also have a sauna if you like. The owner/director was very friendly and we could communicate via WhatsApp.

Pros:

The room: design hotel! Literally, great care for every detail. A very nice experiEnce. Complimentary sweets and drinks in the lobby, avaialble 24/7. I would definitely come back, I would always choose this hotel rather than one of the big hotels that one would be tempted to book while in Rimini, for the chic and cosy feeling that Demo can succesfully provide to its guests.

Przeglądając opinie wiedziałem że się nie zawiodę i rzeczywiście - wszystko było tak jak na zdjęciach. Czystość, położenie przy parku a jednocześnie blisko morza, przemiły personel, fajna salka dla gości z open barem, przestronny apartament, aneksem kuchennym (skromnie wyposażonym ale wystarczająco), bliskość restauracji.. super miejsce które przewyższyło oczekiwania.

La tua casa di arte e design a due passi dal mare
Pros:

Design, cura dei dettagli, pulizia, gentilezza (anche se a distanza). Una bellissima esperienza, un bel regalo per se stessi.

Cons:

In quel prezzo ci sarebbe stata una buona colazione. Ci sono comuqnue molte cose a disposizione (frutta, macchina per cappuccino, qualche merendina) ma - se non servita - avrei apprezzato avere di più su quell'aspetto.

Byliśmy z rodziną w Demo już po raz drugi, obiekt jest fenomenalny, będziemy wracać !

Demo to fenomenalny obiekt, jest przepięknie urządzony, widać tutaj rękę architektów, od doznań wizualnych poprzez muzykę aż do panującej wszędzie idealnej czystości, Demo znajduje się delikatnie na uboczu co jest jego kolejnym atutem ponieważ nie mamy do czynienia z centrum Rimini i milionami turystów pod oknem najbardziej popularnych hoteli w regionie. Piero to przemiły gospodarz, który w każdej chwili jest gotowy służyć pomocą. Obiekt nie serwuje posiłków ale nie ma to znaczenia ponieważ w okolicy mamy wiele miejsc na śniadania (Piadinerie) czy obiad / kolację. Na parterze w częsci wspólnej mamy dostęp do pysznej kawy oraz napojów alkoholowych oraz bezalkoholowych bez dodatkowej dopłaty. W skrócie, jeden z o ile nie najlepszy obiekt w jakim byliśmy we Włoszech podczas naszych trwających już dobre parę lat wojaży po Włoszech - Polecam !

Another Wonderful Stay
Pros:

This was our second stay at DEMO, and once again it exceeded our expectations. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotless, and smell wonderful. Everything is exceptionally clean, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it easy to truly switch off and enjoy your vacation. We will definitely be back next year!
