El entorno es tranquilo, llegué caminando a sitios de interés
Hay Oxxo, Walmart y Starbucks cerca

Cons:

El olor a humedad y a agua negra en la noche
El suministro de agua imagino es por bomba, al abrir la llave es 'explosivo'
Qué sólo sea por escaleras el ascenso y descenso, puede ser peligroso para alguien mayor o niños, sobretodo con lluvia, como fue mi estancia

La atención del personal a la llegada. El hotel tiene buena ubicación, cerca del paseo de Montejo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas, las ventanas dan directamente al pasillo por lo que se escucha casi todo aunque es un hotel tranquilo.

Very happy with the staff

The staff was phenomenal. There was a misunderstanding on our side and they solved it with kindness and hospitality at the highest standard.

Buena ubicación
Pros:

Es un lugar con buena ubicación, yo solo la utilice para dormir y bañarme por lo que la considero buena para eso.

Cons:

El baño tenia un olor extraño, sin embargo como no me encontraba mucho tiempo en la habitación no lo tome mucha importancia. La primera noche que me quede por la mañana la camarista abrió de golpe la puerta, yo me encontraba acostado, y volvió a cerrar la puerta, desde dentro escuche que comento que la habitación le marcaba como no ocupada.
