Excellent séjour ! Les villas dont tes agréables et le personnel aimable et toujours souriant
Pros:

Hotel correct , chambres confortables et bien insonorisées. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être meilleur, surtout concernant le service en salle de certains membres du personnel, mais en général le personnel est aimable

Cons:

Uneserveuse refusé de nous servir le petit déjeuner dans la terrasse, alors que son collègue l'a fait pour les clients suivants

Cons:

Las habitaciones tienen mal olor que proviene de las tuberías. Me pusieron en 2 habitaciones diferentes y las dos tenían mal olor de forma permanente.
Dicen que tienen caja de seguridad, pero el sistema de clave está malo y solo funcionan con la llave, es muy incómodo cuidar la llave de una caja de seguridad.
El desayuno que ofrecen para la venta es muy básico.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich perfekt – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Besonders nach einem langen Flug war es eine große Erleichterung, dass wir bereits um 12 Uhr einchecken durften. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, was definitiv zu den größten Pluspunkten dieses Hotels zählt. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Poolbereich.

Cons:

Wir hatten über mehrere Tage hinweg kein richtig funktionierendes Wasser – teilweise kam gar kein (heißes) Wasser, teilweise nur ein dünnes Rinnsal. Haare waschen war praktisch unmöglich. Nachdem sich die Situation nicht besserte, haben wir das Zimmer gewechselt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist hierbei, dass der Zimmerwechsel sofort und ohne Diskussion ermöglicht wurde.

Ein weiteres großes Problem war Ungeziefer im Zimmer. Wir hatten Besuch von sehr großen Küchenschaben, was natürlich alles andere als angenehm ist. Zusätzlich hatte das einzige Fenster kein Fliegengitter, zeigte direkt auf den Außenflur und ließ sich nicht richtig sichern. Selbst im verschlossenen Zustand konnte man es mit wenig Aufwand von außen öffnen, was kein besonders sicheres Gefühl vermittelt hat.

Auch das Frühstück hat uns enttäuscht. Es handelt sich nicht um ein Buffet, sondern man bekommt genau einen Teller und kann aus drei Gerichten wählen. Für Vegetarier gibt es lediglich Bohnen und eine Scheibe Toast. Die Portionen waren zudem sehr klein, sodass man kaum satt wurde. Das empfanden wir auf Dauer als wirklich frustrierend.

Der Pool wirkt leider eher dekorativ als einladend. Das Wasser machte keinen besonders sauberen Eindruck, weshalb wir ihn nicht genutzt haben.

Budget hotel. Clean but no amenities.
Pros:

This is a budget hotel. I was having dental work done and it was close to the hospital. I had looked at the facility in a prior trip and didn't realize a lot of things that I did notice staying on the premises. Location was great. Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Bed wasn't great.Pillows were old.Room was musty.Bathroom was super small.Zero amenities in the room.2 bottles of small,worthless shampoo.2 towels and bath mat....no washcloth or hand towel. Lighting was poor in bath...could barely see to put on a little makeup.No hairdryer.No lamp on desk.Smoke alarm went off somewhere close to my room and no one seemed to care.I had to mention it before they fixed it.

Pros:

The hotel is in a hood location in a close proximity to the public transport and city centre. The room is fine and we had everything we needed. You can also buy extra breakfast within the hotel.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like was the smell of sewage from the bathroom and the high humidity of the room. Since the window opens into the public hallway, it is not great to vent it through the night and it gets very stuffy. When the smell was mentioned to the staff, we were told it is problem all over Merida... Overall it is an okay stay within Merida.
