Eine Enttäuschung durch und durch.
Pros:

Kein 5 Sterne at All! Keine geschulten Mitarbeiter am Front Office.
Einfach nicht das was man, ich, von 5 Sterne in Oslo erwarte.
Haus und Location gut, aber die MA, nicht kompetent genug.

Cons:

Im ersten Zimmer hätte man meinen können, man stehe in der Küche beim brate. Zweites Zimmer kein Geruch mehr, dafür defektes Sofa.
Die Mitarbeiter sind hochnäsig. Zu wenig Personal wenn das Haus ausgebucht ist.
Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, und Turn down Service auch vergessen. Das könne passieren, meinte FO! Hallo?
Frühstück so OK, aber nicht wirklich etwas wo man zurück will.
Bestes Hotel in Oslo? Ich hoffe nicht!!!
