A most memorable stay, thanks primarily to the generosity of the staff and excellent amenities.
Pros:

Overall, the service was outstanding and the hotel itself is stunning. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and attentive staff. The breakfast room was spectacular, and I truly enjoyed lingering over my coffee, which made for a very relaxing start to the day. The rooftop bar is well worth a visit, as is the spa.

Cons:

Minor issue: Wi‑Fi connectivity was a bit inconsistent for work purposes, particularly in my room, though I was able to connect successfully in the Exhibition Hall.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this beautiful hotel in Norway. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and perfectly organized. I would like to send a massive thank you staff named Velde!!! The location was stunning — surrounded by breathtaking Norwegian scenery that made the whole experience even more special.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with a cozy atmosphere that made it hard to leave. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well both nights. Breakfast was also a highlight — a great selection of fresh, local ingredients and something for everyone.
What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Velde at reception, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Her recommendations for local activities and restaurants were perfect and really enhanced our weekend. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and passionate about their work.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable weekend in Norway!

My go to Oslo hotel now
Pros:

A superb hotel. A few small issues with service and details but all resolved very quickly.

Room beautiful and v comfy, excellent location. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and characterful, the staff were friendly and efficient, breakfast was absolutely spectacular in every way, getting around was very easy with tram and bus stops right outside the hotel. The pool and spa was stylish and quiet. The rooftop pool and sauna was fabulous - it was an extra charge, but worth it!

Cons:

There were a couple of chargeable things which I felt the hotel could have signposted better. The rooftop pool and sauna is an extra charge, which only becomes apparent when you actually book a slot. It was worth the money, but I felt they should have been more open about the extra charges on the website as it set an expectation that they didn't meet. There was also a facemask in the bathroom which turned out to be chargeable - there was a label on it (who reads those?!), but I don't expect to pay for things in the bathroom - it somehow felt underhand!

Location and staff excellent. The car was valet parked with such consumate ease and no stress at all.
Good breakfast options including gluten free.

Fikk også dobbelt dyne noe som ble urolig varmt og klamt når det allerede var veldig varmt på rommet.. forsøkte å ringe ned til betjeningen for å høre om flere dyner men fikk dessverre ikke svar
