Exceeds expectation with service and quality.
Pros:

The exterior of the hotel is nondescript and doesn’t reflect the high quality of the rooms and service. The building next door looks very run down.
The manager and staff went above expectations with their service. Since we had a very long wait until our flight out, they allowed us to hang out in their lounge and cafe. They were very accommodating and pleasant.

Cons:

The internet was slow but I heard that was all over the island.

Pros:

Hotel deserves more stars. Spacious room, exceptional location ( just in front ferry terminal), the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Great location, clean and specious rooms. Friendly staff and great time all in all!

Cons:

We stayed in two different rooms. Both beautiful but one had a bathtub with no rainshower and was difficult to take a shower

I would stay there again. No question.
Pros:

Location right across the street from the ferry was extremely valuable and convenient. The rooms were nice, roomy and comfortable.

Cons:

The room could have used more lighting. With the black paint on the ceiling and some of the walls, it absorbed the light and made it dark once we closed the drapes or at night. It could have used more ceiling lights.

It was ok. They tried to accommodate us and fix the problem but I feel if you have been promised a certain accommodation

Good location. Rooms were nice.

Cons:

I booked a room with 2 single beds many’s months ago and reminded the property that this was a requirement. Nevertheless because we came in at a later time they gave my room to other clients.

A lovely stay at the jewel of Kon Tiki!
Pros:

We love the location being across from the ferry that we could walk to in 5 minutes!
Staff were really helpful and nice. They upgraded our room so that was a plus. Everything was clean, great shampoo and conditioner available. Best part for us was the jewel of a cafe off of the lobby. Great food and cappuccino. We will be back!

Séjour dans une structure hôteliere de qualité mais qui ne s'occupe pas de vous
Pros:

Etablissement de qualité avec de grandes chambres, un restaurant de qualité dans une ville ou il y a peu d'équivalent.

Cons:

Personnel peu impliqué (on se débrouille seul a son arrivée) on se débrouille seul au petit déjeuner, on réclame à plusieurs reprises le débouchage de l'évier de la salle de bains...
Petit déjeuner et bar du rdc avec un choix de concept "moderne" (je n'aime pas le fourgon au milieu de la salle...)
Pas de volonté d'aider pour le parking...il faut réclamer et le trouver.
Volonté politique visible de faire d'autres activités que l'hôtellerie: privatisation du restaurant en laissant les clients se débrouiller! rooftop ou si vous n'êtes pas jeune et à plusieurs on vous considère à peine.

Pros:

Rien a dire , le personnelles toujour au top confort et propreté nickel .... Le REEFTOP avec une vue imprenable pour y admirer le coucher de soleil et passer une belle soirée dont je recommande vivement a d'autres personnes d'y faire un tour.
