After a week in USA hotels Kon Tiki is a pure refreshment!!
The staff at the reception was super nice and helpful. The whole hotel, the rooms and the location was perfect. Excellent choice
The front desk staff was friendly, and the room was clean.
As soon as we arrived (on Saturday night) there was a large line of people outside waiting to get in to the club. It turns out the rooftop restaurant also turns into an EDM dance club at night. It was difficult for us to get through the door with all the people lined up and no staff helped us in or with our luggage.
As we were checking, and about to go up the elevator, the staff told us to move back as someone who was belligerently drunk was being thrown out by 2 bouncers. After that we tried to get into the small elevator with all our luggage and the staff let other clubgoers block us in the already full elevator. At our floor they had to get out because they were in front of us and they complained about it… they didn’t have to get in the tiny packed elevator with us and multiple suitcases.. We were on the 4th floor but had trouble sleeping due to the loud music until 3AM and being startled over the chaos of entering the hotel.
EXCELLENT ROOM AND FACILITIES. ROOFTOP BAR WAS GREAT. AND ON DEPARTURE DAY HAD USE OF SHOWER/CHANGING ROOM AND A COMFORTABLE OUTDOOR LOUNGE AREA TO WAIT FOR AIRPORT. UNEXPECTED SURPRISE. IT WAS A REAL GEM!

Staff is very friendly and attentive, they do more than you expect. Hotel has spacious rooms, perfect location for travelers.
Beds are very comfortable, room is nicely decorated. Restaurant has beautiful view and especially tasty food. For me it much better than 5 star chain hotels

Idéalement situé au centre de Papeete. Accueil très souriant. Arrivé tôt le matin, nous avons pu nous doucher et laisser nos valises en attendant notre chambre qui avait été upgradée.

Tot perfecte, habitacions grans, netes i cómodes, ubicació genial al costat de la terminal de ferries i a prop de restaurants.
Restaurant bastant bo al pis de dalt i lounge bar al rooftop.
Si tens ganes de dormir d'hora millor que no et donin habitació al pis 6, just a sota del restaurant i el bar : ) no se sent gaire, està tot molt ben insonoritzat, però pels que tenen el son lleuger millor demanar una planta més baixa
I liked this hotel very much, good location, just in front of ferry station, spacious room, high quality food in the restaurant on 7th floor and especially helpful staff. I travel a lot, but staff was the best I met in my life. Worth to stay!
