Buen lugar, especialmente por la terraza, pero sobrepreciado.
Pros:

El Reeftop bar es fantástico, con música en vivo y gran ambiente. La habitación está bastante bien. Bien situado para ferrys y visitar la ciudad.

Cons:

Demasiado caro para lo que realmente es.
El ascensor!! Un desastre. Insuficiente claramente para tantas habitaciones + la terraza.
Pedí una habitación tranquila pero me pusieron...al lado de las escaleras de bajada del Reeftop! Por donde bajaba todo el mundo gritando, porque como el ascensor es como si no existiera...en fin, parece que hicieron lo contrario a lo solicitado.

Évitez au-dessus du 3eme étage.
Pros:

Hôtel très propre avec un très beau roof top. Literie très confortable et chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

L’isolation sonore n’a pas été traitée (certainement armature en métal) ce qui fait que les étages supérieurs peuvent être victimes des étages 6 et 7 (restaurant/ bar).

Bed was so comfortable, room had everything we needed and double double glazing appreciated

Cons:

The night club goes on and the only way to roof terrace is by a very small lift so all party goers using it until early hours of the morning.
No access to roof terrace for hotel guests until restaurant opens in evening

Excellent hotel in the heart of Papeete!
Pros:

My family enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the property has a great rooftop restaurant and coffee bar. The location is perfect if you are planning to ferry in or out of Papeete. Highly recommend the Kon Tiki!

Comfortable stay with big rooms and good views and a perfect location - but a few small glitches.
Pros:

Location is about as good as it gets: across the road from the ferry terminal. Jut down the road from the cruise ship terminal. Heart of downtown. The room was nice and spacious with a view across the harbor. The staff were very helpful and did everything they could to help out when there was a problem. Especially appreciated: we had a late night night flight out of Pape'ete and the hotel looked after our luggage after checkout time and offered a restful patio with showers and restrooms where we could relax during the day.

Cons:

There were a few little things that would have made all the difference to make my grading one or two levels higher: the room was nice but DARK! The lighting is very moody and atmospheric but almost useless for reading, of example. No reading light by the bed. No main overhead light. There is a useful table for reading, working on my laptop etc - but no light and no chair! The shaving mirror in the bathroom was practically falling off the wall. So many little things that would have made all the difference. Finally: the cafe / restaurant downstairs was nice but they REALLY need to add one or two staff. The staff there were great but totally overwhelmed and way to busy!
