Le sourire et la gentillesse ainsi que sont professionalisms du personnel a tous les postes du niveau réception jusqu au rooftop et restaurant. L emplacement prêt du centre ville et juste en face de la gare maritime génial.
Le grand plus tres tres bien insonorisé nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.
Je cherche encore... ... Allez la vue sur l entrepôt si cela nous avait dérangé.
Location was good for cruise. Little coffee spot for breakfast was great.
Rooms were just too dark for my taste
Arrived at 1am in morning at airport after flight from NZ. The lovely guy at reception was so nice.
We ate twice at the Reeftop restaurant and a breakfast in the café on ground floor. Both places had excellent service and really good food!!! And coffee !!!!
The location was perfect as after 3 days we were getting the ferry ( across the road) to Moorea..

Was very clean and welcoming.
There is some noise from the downstairs night club next door.
There is only one lift servicing 8 floors including the rooftop bar and restaurant which are open to the public, made getting access up and down very slow.
Also note, there are different room types in terms of bathrooms. We were expecting a normal room with overhead shower, we ended up with only a bath and a hand piece shower nozzle which made showers quite difficult and made a lot of mess. Apart from this was a great stay.

The hotel is directly across the street from the Ferry terminal. It was so easy to cross the street and take our Ferry the next morning to Mo’orea. We went for a walk along the port and felt safe everywhere. We walked at night. The hotel is very attractive with a rooftop bar and a beautiful restaurant upstairs. Unfortunately, we did not eat at the restaurant because we arrived late. Breakfast the next day was fine.
I wish they had screens on the windows so that we wouldn’t have to use air-conditioning in the room

Lift is a bit slow for a hotel with more than 3 floors, a lot of check in and check out guests plus rooftop customers.
Pricey for one night stay but compensates in comfort especially when compared to other properties in town.

Pratique pour se balader dans Papeete et son marché.
Pas grand chose!
Hotel très bien situé à proximité de plein de restaurants et du port maritime. Très bien insonorisé. Belle chambre confortable et propre, avec un grand lit et une belle douche. Super Rooftop très sympa au dernier étage avec une belle vue sur le port. Resto au 7eme, qui se veut chic - et cher - mais néanmoins avec une belle déco et des plats originaux et de bonne facture. Café au cadre très sympa. Et surtout personnel efficace et vraiment adorable.
Belle salle de petit-déjeuner mais petit déjeuner moyen. d'autant que la serveuse nous a dit que nous n'avions pas droit au petit déjeuner buffet car il n'était pas inclus dans notre nuitée. il était pourtant bien sur la carte, et nous aurions pu le payer....nous sommes donc allés ailleurs le 2e jour...
Manque un peu d'éclairage dans la chambre.
