Pros:

Hotel directly across from the ferry. Quality restaurant on site
with wonderful views , rooftop bar open in evening and a coffee shop with close distance to other restaurants/bars.... spacious room with kitchenette and a very small balcony... no view, but was nice to get fresh air.. easy to get taxi service., and hotel elevator.
