La habitación magnífica, muy funcional y espaciosa. Cuentan con servicio de lavandería y estacionamiento que hacen que el hospedarse ahí sea una experiencia placentera. La ubicación del Hotel es estratégica ya que está muy cerca de la Playa principal.
El desayuno siempre fue muy básico pero en relación al precio pagado, creo que fue el justo. Después de ello todo es muy bueno en el hotel. Lo recomiendo al 100% ya que cumple con lo que se requiere en vacaciones.

Ontbijt viel erg tegen, beperkte keuze. Niet het continental breakfast wat wij verwacht hadden.
Het is redelijk ver van het centrum, een leenfiets zou het hotel best wel kunnen introduceren als service.

There were a lot of issues with this stay. When booking, the location showed that there was a restaurant and bar. When we arrived, we were told there is only breakfast provided in the morning. Some front desk staff were not friendly. We were told we cannot use the water provided in the gym when another staff told us we could. Our stove and coffee machine did not work, we had to have maintenance and staff come to our room 5 different times. Our key stopped working the night before we were supposed to check out. Did not feel welcomed.
cada año nos quedamos en este hotel siempre ha sido muy bueno pero esta vez nos sentimos un poco descontentos con el primer cuarto que nos dieron olia mucho a moho. afortunadamente el chico de recepcion nos cambio el cuarto. por lo demas todo muy bien, desayuno excelente servicio.
El cuarto oliendo a mucha humedad.
Las habitaciones y la salas en área común.
El Roof podría estar mucho mas lindo. Como referencia esta el hotel Motto de Tulum, muy pequeño, pero tiene un Roof muy bello .

Value for money is exceptional. You are not on a resort near on a walking distance to the center but you get a spacious room, parking and the rooms were very clean and they checked again during the day to re fill the coffee.
