Not a good stay, many issues.
Cons:

There were a lot of issues with this stay. When booking, the location showed that there was a restaurant and bar. When we arrived, we were told there is only breakfast provided in the morning. Some front desk staff were not friendly. We were told we cannot use the water provided in the gym when another staff told us we could. Our stove and coffee machine did not work, we had to have maintenance and staff come to our room 5 different times. Our key stopped working the night before we were supposed to check out. Did not feel welcomed.

cada año nos quedamos en este hotel siempre ha sido muy bueno pero esta vez nos sentimos un poco descontentos con el primer cuarto que nos dieron olia mucho a moho. afortunadamente el chico de recepcion nos cambio el cuarto. por lo demas todo muy bien, desayuno excelente servicio.

Las habitaciones y la salas en área común.

Cons:

El Roof podría estar mucho mas lindo. Como referencia esta el hotel Motto de Tulum, muy pequeño, pero tiene un Roof muy bello .

Pros:

Value for money is exceptional. You are not on a resort near on a walking distance to the center but you get a spacious room, parking and the rooms were very clean and they checked again during the day to re fill the coffee.

Hotel limpo e confortável e os atendentes da recepção foram atenciosos.

Cons:

Meu porta moeda com dólares que estava em cima da mesinha sumiu de um dia para o outro após o quarto ser limpo, fico extremamente decepcionado pois isso nunca me ocorreu e não é o que se espera do staff de um hotel. Me sinto lesado e frustrado pois a resposta dada foi que ninguém achou e pronto.

Tiene buena ubicación, está limpio y cómodo. Booking me dió un precio y luego me subieron la tarifa. El servicio del desayuno no fue bueno, y me bloquearon la tarjeta antes de la hora del check in, lo cual fue molesto.

Cons:

La atención no fue buena, poca amabilidad y espíritu de servicio, para detalles como mi solicitud de agua y la subida de tarifa con respecto a la reservación.
