Kom al jaren in dit hotel en in de begin jaren zeer goed. Ontbijt was fantastisch op het moment verschrikkelijk de a la carte gerechten worden half afgewerkt geserveerd. De gym is onbruik baar omdat alle apparatuur kapot is. Er word geen onderhoud aan de kamers gedaan. Personeel is en blijft vriendelijk.

NOT ALLOWED to invite a guest into the hotel for a drink or to have dinner together in their restaurant???? NEVER have I stayed in any hotel anywhere in the world and been told I couldn't (in fact, not allowed), to invite a friend or a guest to join me for a drink? Thats just MEAN!! There is NO mention of this draconian rule on their sites or on booking.com about this, and had I known, I would not have booked a room there. The manager of the hotel was rude and unbending when I simply tried to talk to them about this and the fact that their security guard literally threw my friend out at the front gate, and frankly, the hotel manager was totally disingenuous with me. I DO NOT recommend this hotel for single travellers or, in fact, anyone ... it's like a PRISON! I will NEVER stay there again and DO NOT recommend this hotel

The shower the door goes in the way very small and water leaked out every time you used it how can you book a junior sweet with sea view if all on ground floor as we were told when we asked to be moved moved to fourth floor or no better the breakfast and dinner buffet majority of food cold very disappointed the maid service to rooms up and down some very good some not so did not take away empty glasses we brought up from bar also when we asked why on the first day we had water coke and things in fridge they said that only happened on first day why when we were all inclusive paid a lot of money did this not happen every time the room was done as we were all inclusive also no background music as apparently they are not allowed which I find quite strange as there was plenty from other places around us the entertainment staff very good our first time in grand canarie thought we would tray or selves but not thinking of going back and if we did don’t think we would waste that amount of money back there sorry but I have to be honest

Evening buffet underwhelming for price compared to lunch service and great breakfast.
Food cold at buffet.
Lunch service great.
Breakfast fantastic.

Food was a little repetitive but plenty of nice restaurants around if you wanted to mix it up a bit.
