Location was very good, the breakfast very well presented by an attentive staff. The staff in general were excellent.
Room was nice, beds were comfortable and we even had a little balcony overseeing the backyard. The receptionists Ignacio and Juan were very helpful in ensuring we need everything even before we arrive including booking a restaurant and looking for medical items close by needed by my partner. I'd give them a 5-star for service, location and price. Definitely worth it.

Vending machines would be a plus, but there are a number of convenience stores not far from the property so it's not a big deal.

The Hotel Concierge, Juan, was amazing! He arranged for our taxi from airport to hotel. He also arranged for a medical team to come evaluate me when I inquired about where an Urgent Care facility was. He took care of all requests with a smile & very professionally!

Food in the restaurant & staff/chef was excellent, highly recommend the Caesar Salad.
