Pros:

Quarto, cama, banheiro. Nos pedidos feitos nos atenderam prontamente, staff educados e cordiais. Boa localização, próximo a metro, restaurantes e vias movimentadas.

Cons:

Limpeza, deixou a desejar, em um dia voltamos e mesmo após arrumação no chão continha migalhas de sujeiras do dia anterior, informei ao recepcionista no momento. No outro dia, passando um lenço umidecido no chão o mesmo ficou bem escuro de sujeira, ou seja, limpeza pesada parecer que não é feita, apenas devem passar uma vassoura. O café da manhã achamos um pouco simples demais para o nível do hotel, podiam incrementar com mais variedades.

Another top notch stay.
Pros:

3rd time I have stayed here and was look forward to doing so again. Why? Great hotel, brilliant staff, big comfy room, roof top pool was still open, very clean and an excellent selection for breakfast. Location is great too - 10 mins walk to the Theatre District and the Oblisk one way and Plaza de Mayo in the other. Next in Buenos Airies, will seek to stay here again

EXCELLENT CHOICE OF HOTEL AND STAFF

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude 🙏 to Ivan, Pablo, Josefina and Ignacio plus the staff in the restaurant. I love the hotel and all the staff are very approachable, attentive, polite and respectful, have excellent customer service throughout my 2 days and 2 nights stay with you. God bless! These factors contribute for me to go back.

sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber, komfortable Zimmer

Cons:

Frühstück war mittelmäßig; letztes Jahr gab es noch Spiegeleier - diesmal nur mit Aufpreis. Auch dass man keinen frischgebrühten Kaffee ohne Aufpreis bekommt (Maschine ist vorhanden und eingeschaltet) ist für den Zimmerpreis nicht nachvollziehbar.

Pros:

Good location to reach main street with bars and retaurans. Also tourist bus goes near by so very good if you want some sightseeing.

Cons:

Very poor breakfast. You can make some sandwiches and a bit of fruits.

Cons:

As a female solo traveller I would have preferred to be somewhere where the main entrance to the hotel was more public. The entrance to this hotel is on a quiet street off a main very traffic busy street, so late in the evening when returning to the hotel I was acutely aware that I was a lone female on the street.
