Great hospitality, the best thus far
Breakfast wasn’t included or discounted breakfast
The room was very good for wheelchair access with plenty of room. The roll in shower really isn't however because it has a wooden plinth to get over. The hotel is very nice and modern looking. The bed was a little soft for our liking but they can't please everybody.
The room wasn't available at 4pm as it was supposed to be. That was annoying after a five-hour drive. Even when they told us it was ready, the bed hadn't been made. Nowhere on this site were we Informed that the restaurant and bar are closed on Sunday. So, on arrival we had to find somewhere else to eat before the concert we were attending. Turns out many other places are also closed on Sunday.
Also, $40 is far too much for a valet to park your car on the street right outside the hotel. As my car has a disabled tag, I could have parked it myself for free.
Location was fantastic. Our event was within walking distance of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about parking.
Accessible ice machine would have been nice.
Only the location and valet were positive experiences.
The staff walked into our room while we were naked and in bed. We have asked for a refund, but the hotel has denied our request, only offering a free breakfast or a discounted return stay for what they called a "security issue".

The staff were lovely, truly the best part of the stay. The room was very nicely decorated and comfortable.
Location was great for what I wanted. Overall staff was very friendly. Kudos to valet staff who were always fast and friendly.
The age of the hotel is showing in the rooms. Especially the bathroom tiles. But I would hate to replace the original flooring unless it can be replicated. Also the weekend staff in the kitchen were extremely rude. I was happily shocked on Monday how wonderful, friendly and attentive the staff was. Also, the fact the website stated there was a restaurant for dinner and a working gym in the hotel was false.
It was clean the room was spacious and well decorated. The location in the historic district was great!
No downsides
The staff was friendly.
The parking was not good, if you didn’t want to walk you had to use valet. The restaurant was not very good either for a hotel of that collection.
The parking was almost impossible. No mini fridge or microwave in the room.
