Pros:

Location was fantastic. Our event was within walking distance of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about parking.

Cons:

The Kelly is not save or private and I will never return.
Pros:

Only the location and valet were positive experiences.

Cons:

The staff walked into our room while we were naked and in bed. We have asked for a refund, but the hotel has denied our request, only offering a free breakfast or a discounted return stay for what they called a "security issue".

Nice fall stay
Pros:

Location was great for what I wanted. Overall staff was very friendly. Kudos to valet staff who were always fast and friendly.

Cons:

The age of the hotel is showing in the rooms. Especially the bathroom tiles. But I would hate to replace the original flooring unless it can be replicated. Also the weekend staff in the kitchen were extremely rude. I was happily shocked on Monday how wonderful, friendly and attentive the staff was. Also, the fact the website stated there was a restaurant for dinner and a working gym in the hotel was false.

Pros:

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The parking was not good, if you didn’t want to walk you had to use valet. The restaurant was not very good either for a hotel of that collection.

What a fantastic weekend!
Pros:

The location was perfect for my stay because everything was within walking distance. The Cat's Meow cocktail and the Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo was superb! Both bartender's were nice, very knowledgeable about the city, and provided one of a kind customer service. We laughed and had such an awesome time at the bar. The Valet team took excellent care of my car during my stay (Shout-out to Tim and the other gentlemen). Overall, you will not be disappointed! Great ambiance, decor so chic, and worth every penny!
