Very convenient hotel

非常方便的地方，工作人员很热情帮助了我们很多。

This is a lovely hotel, in the heart of Almaty. We enjoyed our time here, all except for the two lengthy power outages that seem to be a common affliction here. All-in-all a pleasant stay with comfortable beds, a decent shower, and a wonderful breakfast.

The property and staff was nice. Food was okay okay. Being a vegetarian, if there may be some more options. It would be better.

However the property was nice 😊

Great and well kept hotel in the center of Almaty. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cozy and clean rooms. The breakfast was very diverse and tasty. Will definitely choose this hotel again!

Suit is good but very limited storage space if you stay in the hotel for a few days/weeks. Couple cabinets could improve this situation.

Rooms not ready when arrived even though it was prepaid and prearranged.

일단 ROOM이 SINGLE BED 2개라서 불편했고, 특히
화장실 및 욕조가 너무 좁아서 불편 합니다.
특히, 샤워 부스안의 바닥 테두리 및 벽에는 곰팡이등이
그대로 있고, 샤워 부스 문을 닫을때마다 소리가 납니다.

Good convenient stop over hotel

Helpful staff and a good location. Have stayed twice, and both rooms had at least partial mountain views. Breakfast was great, with lots of options.
Ceramic, rather than plastic, mugs in the room could have improved the experience.

Never happy with a Hotel that allows smoking on their property. And then they only offer you a smoking room since all their non smoking rooms were booked.

Overall great experience, except for breakfast, we never touched it after finding a huge fly in the eggs. Some towels had hair on them. Bed was comfortable. No fridge was another downside

On the day I checked in, there were stains on the toilet. After I told to clean, there were still stains. I asked him to clean it again waiting for an hour, there was no cleaning crew. Then went to the front desk, the staff said that they had notified this matter in the computer system, but the staff did not take any follow-up action. The room was very hot and no air conditioning. They came to repair after 10pm. The detector showed the temperature was 26 degrees. After the repairs, it dropped to 23 degrees. Also problems with the TV's sounder (sometimes no sound) and picture (mosaic pattern). They said that there was no staff available to repair at night. They would arrange for someone to help us repair the next morning, but they didn't show up until I checked out on the third day. There were two coffee machines in the breakfast room, but neither worked. According to the official website, breakfast was until 11am, but staff had packed up the food to the kitchen by 10am. During the stay, there was a fault fire alarm warning at 6am, and all guests were notified to leave the hotel immediately. But only one or two staff to assist which was not enough to deal with the fire. This hotel does not have the service quality of Holliday Inn brand. This hotel is not worth it. The above situations are obviously not a single incident, is the poor management of the hotel.

It was perfect as we were most of the time out exploring, perfect to rest up enjoy the breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Room was decent size and same with the bathroom and shower
