Naprosto uchvacující, při dalším cestování budu opět hledat sít hotelů Numa.
Pros:

Skvělá lokalita ubytování, kousek od Postdamerplatz, výborná komunikace s poskytovatelem ubytování, jednoduché bezkontaktní ubytování. Objednaly jsme si i snídani, z předem nabízených variant, ráno byly před dveřmi boxiky, snídaně dostačující. Oceňuje kávový set na pokoji. Stylové vybavení, perfektní lůžko, matrace, skvěle jsme se vyspaly. V koupelně toaletní potřeby, voňavé mýdlo i tělové mléko.

Cons:

Nemám nic, co bych vytkla.

It's great room with all essential to stay
Pros:

Great location. Easy to check-in & check-out and to enter into a buiding and room with pin code.

Cons:

Some irons had burnt plates and one of them damaged my shirt. But one iron was good, so I used it to press other clothes.

Vicino a potsdamer platz è molto curata
Pros:

Stanza molto curata nei dettagli, comoda, con tutto il necessario. Facile accedere alla struttura col check in digitale, istruzioni molto chiare. Erano presenti prodotti per l’igiene e asciugamani, the e caffè e un bollitore, acqua in bottiglia. Posizione a 5 minuti a piedi da Potsdamer Platz, perfetto!

Cons:

Wi-Fi funziona molto bene, la connessione con la tv invece andava a momenti

Overall Disappointing.Would not stay again.
Pros:

The best thing about the Numa Berlin is the location.Apart from that no cleaning ever takes place in the building.If it does it is not evident.Day two the shower didn't work.No lock on the bathroom door.No table or chairs to share a meal with partner.No oven or microwave.And the worstbthing is the cost.This room was not as advertised in the UK and was not worth over £100 per night.We feel cheated.

Kaloriferler bozuktu. 3 günde 3 oda değiştirdik.
Pros:

Temiz ve her yere yakın oluşu en beğendiğimiz şey oldu. Adresi bulmak kolaydı. Odada çay ve kahve olması, havluların yeterli olması iyiydi. Havlularınızı değiştirmek isterseniz yada odada çay kahve eksiğiniz olursa zemin kattaki bir odadan bu isteklerinizi tamamlıyorsunuz.

Cons:

Binada birebir kontak kurabileceğiniz kimse yok. Her şeyi Whattsapp üzerinden yazışarak hallediyorsunuz. Çok soğuktu. 3 günde 3 oda değiştirdik. Kaloriferler çalışmıyordu.
- İlk gün bize mesaj attıkları odanın numarası ve şifresi birbirine uymadığı için kapıda kaldık, yarım saat sonra 2 kat aşağıda başka odaya yerleştirildik. Oda çok konforlu, içinde 3 kişilik sofa olan büyük bir odaydı. Kaloriferler yanmıyordu. WhatsApp tan 4 ayrı kişiyle yazıştık, 2 kere canlı sohbet ettik başka odamız yok dendi ve çözüm sunulmadı. Ertesi gün üşümekten hasta oldum. Akşam odaya döndüğümüzde banyo tavanı akıtıyordu ve banyo su içindeydi. Aradığımızda başka odaya aktaracaklarını söylediler. Tüm eşyalarımızı tekrar valizlere koyduk. 1 alt kattaki odaya indik.
2. Gün: Bizi ilk gün kaldığımız odanın yarı büyüklüğünde içinde sofa olmayan daha küçük bir odaya yerleştirdiler. Kaloriferler yine bozuktu ve çalışmıyordu. Tekrar wp yazışmaları etc…
3. Gün akşamı: Bize kaloriferleri çalışan başka bir oda teklif ettiler ve özür için odamıza bir şey bırakmak istediklerini söylediler. Tekrar valizlerimizi topladık ve son akşamımızda 2 kat yukarı çıktık ve sonunda sıcak bir odaya ama kaloriferleri yine yanmayan soğuk bir banyoya kavuştuk. Tahmin edin ne oldu? Özür için odamıza hiçbir şey bırakılmamıştı. Tabi ki şaşırmadık ve beklemiyorduk zaten. Sabah 05.30 da erken uçağımız için Numa’dan ayrıldık. PS: özür için bize tekrar mesaj atıldı ve diğer otellerinde bir sonraki kalışımız için %20 indirim kodu verdiler. Ama zaten Numa app’i indiren herkesin otomatik %15 indirim kodu var. Bizim için çok kötü bir deneyimdi. İlk defa geldiğimiz Berlin otelimiz yüzünden berbat oldu.
