Ich würde in das Hotel und damit in diese Kette nicht mehr gehen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ganz ok. Preis Leistung stimmt für mich gar nicht.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation war extrem schlecht (Online). Dadurch das es keine Rezeption gab konnt man nichts persönlich klären. Das dann das Frühstück als Pappkarton vor der Tür stand entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen von einem Wochenende mit meiner Frau. ABER wahrscheinlich hatte ich es mir vorher nicht genau durchgelesen. Ich hatte damit einfach nicht gerechnet. Am Ende war es einfach eine Bettenburg für mich. Das mag für Geschäftsreisen ok sein, aber für ein familiäres Wochenende reicht es nicht. Grund für dieses Hotel war für mich die Lage zum Cirques do Soleil.

Great location, great place.
Pros:

The location was great, the access to the rooms smooth and the staff was helpful when we tried to retrieve an item we forgot in the room after checkout.

Πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα με ωραία αισθητική!!!
Άνετος χώρος με ανέσεις και καλή τοποθεσία με εύκολη πρόσβαση

Cons:

ΔΕΝ προτείνω το πρωινό .
Είναι φτωχό με λίγα προϊόντα από κάποιον φούρνο.
Δεν είναι μπουφές ή κάτι τέτοιο .
Αν το ξέραμε, δε θα το είχαμε συμπεριλάβει.

Επίσης το δωμάτιο είχε αρκετή σκόνη σε όλα τα έπιπλα και το πάτωμα

Kahve makinesi olması ve online giriş çıkış olması güzel.

Cons:

İlk gün oda çok soğuktu. Pencere tam kapanmamış ve radyatör en düşük ayardaydı. Klimayı sıcak ayarda çalıştıramadık ve yardım istedik. Sadece soğuk ayarda çalıştığını ilettiler. Pencereyi kapattıktan sonra bile içerde rüzgar esiyordu. Pencerelerden çok soğuk geliyordu. Yatak başlarındaki lambaları kapatmak için bir düğme yoktu. Kapı yanındaki düğmeden kapanıyordu ve bütün sistem kapanıyordu. Başka hiçbir yerin ışığı yanmıyordu. İki gün önce Salzburg Numa’da konakladık, orası çok iyiydi. Karşılaştırınca burayı beğenmedim.

Cons:

So basically there is the sign for the rooms at 2nd floor where I was room 206 , but the sign shows the room the other way which it wasn’t the sign was showing 206-211 to the left and 207-213 I think to the right but the room 206 was to the right so it made me really confused and I had to keep on going back and forth so please have that checked as it will affect others as well .thank you
