Pros:

Close to the subway and bus stop. Self check-in process was simple and easy through the Numa app. Customer service through WhatsApp was good. They were able to answer questions regarding my stay.

Cons:

Toilet and shower could be improved with better ventilation. Plenty of switches in the room, would be good if they were labelled.

Cons:

Als wir das Zimmer betraten, war es nicht vollständig vorbereitet. Das Bett war zwar gemacht, jedoch wirkte es so, als hätte jemand darauf gelegen – es war zerknittert, und es waren deutliche Spuren zu sehen, dass sich dort jemand ausgeruht hatte. Außerdem lag ein benutztes Handtuch im Zimmer, darunter eines, das offensichtlich nicht sauber war. Es war auch erkennbar, dass jemand vor unserer Ankunft Wasser im Zimmer getrunken hatte. Insgesamt entstand der Eindruck, dass sich vor uns bereits jemand im Zimmer aufgehalten hat – entweder das Reinigungspersonal oder ein vorheriger Gast.

We hadden een ruime en rustige kamer met een goed bed; de accomodatie was goed en praktisch toegankelijk via een toegangscode; de kamer had airco; de accomodatie is op een prima plek in Berlijn

Hoewel ik geboekt had via Booking, moest de eigen app van de accomodatie gedownload worden voor het ontvangen van de toegangscode; dit kost even tijd vanwege moeten aanleveren van identiteitsgegevens; toen het gelukt was, bleek de app verder heel gebruiksvriendelijk

Very well-thought hotel with perfect amenities
Pros:

Very nice location, connected well to all main attractions yet a surprisingly quiet neighborhood. Perfect amenities, everything you need for your vacation and a very warm welcoming gift left on our room. You can restock the supplies yourself which was very nice. The design is old school but everything worked perfectly.

Śniadanie zostało przeze mnie zamówione, bardzo smaczne. Sprawny sposób meldowania i wymeldowywania się. Pokój przestronny, bardzo czysto, wygodne łóżko, wystrój kolonialny, zaś łazienka w stylu brytyjskim. Kawa, herbata w pokoju, czajnik. Wszystko robiło bardzo sympatyczne, przytulne wrażenie. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do dworca głównego, do metra, autobusu.
