Prachtige locatie waar jij je snel thuis voelt!
Pros:

De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk, vooral bij het ontbijt. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Vanaf het hotel kom je makkelijk bij de zee, de haven en ruimvoldoende restaurants.

Cons:

De douche is fijn, maar het warme water wordt vrij snel koud. Daarnaast vonden wij de kussens iets te zacht. Het zijn geen punten die ons verblijf negatief beïnvloed hebben.

Excelente estadia
Pros:

Gostei de tudo. As instalações são bem novas e confortáveis. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. O café da manhã é muito gostoso, além do carisma da funcionária Carina, que nos atendeu muito bem. A localização é excelente! A limpeza também. O área externa é muito boa. Aproveitamos toda a estrutura. Valeu muito a pena!

Pros:

Personal encantador, habitación muy amplia y camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Presión y temperatura de la ducha perfectas, aunque tenía calentador en la habitación y si te pasabas en la ducha se acababa el agua caliente.
Todo muy limpio y el desayuno muy rico

Cons:

Estaba cerca del puerto para coger el ferry, pero algo retirado de la playa, pero era un paseo agradable

Lovely boutique hotel, the rooms were lovely and clean and we liked the added bonus of the kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and we felt very comfortable and safe here.

Härligt ställe som vi gärna återkommer till.
Pros:

Mycket trevlig personal allihopa och dom gångerna vi åt frukost där mycket gott.

Cons:

Poolområdet är väldigt litet, men nu är vi inga Poolområdet människor utan badar uteslutande i havet,så oss störde det inte nämnvärt.

Prachtig hotel, alles mooi nieuw, mooi zwembad, schoon en fijne locatie (loopafstand van centrum maar niet te druk).

Cons:

Erg gehorige kamers, en maar kort warm water in de douche (eigenlijk te kort voor 2 personen na elkaar).

Pros:

Todo ha sido perfecto, volveremos sin dudarlo.
En especial dar las gracias a Karina y al equipo de cocina/desayunos por hacernos sentir como en casa.

Excellent on everything!
Pros:

A wonderful hotel that we highly recommend! The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, the location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. Everything was impeccably clean. We would gladly stay here again!

Nice garden with lots of trees and bushes. We trnted a bike from downtown to get around the island.

Pros:

Cosy boutique hotel with great staff and facilities. Price of the room was amazing with breakfast included, loads of options available, tried them all and all delicious. Would not hesitate to visit Holbox and stay at Casa Naj again.

Cons:

Only negative would be the balcony of the room we were on (ground floor) was very open with people walking past with full view of the room if blinds were open. Small thing that could be improved upon.

Très bel hôtel, très bon accueil, très bons services, nous recommandons à 150%
Pros:

Idéalement situé. Calme, propre et personnel aux petits soins.
Une mention spéciale pour Karina qui nous a donné des infos sur les plus belles plages et Beach Club à faire, sans compter son sourire dès le matin au petit déjeuner.
Un grand merci aussi à Adriano pour son accueil et à toute l’équipe en cuisine .
