Excelente relación precio calidad y servicio
Pros:

Habitación amplia, súper completo y limpio.
Ideal para estar con niños la alberca tiene un sector no profundo cerrado , es perfecto para que los niños jueguen

Cons:

Podría haber servicio de bar/cena en el roof , y la ubicación no es tan buena pero tampoco es lejos , lo super recomiendo

Pros:

Die Zimmer des Hotels sind super und auch die Pool Area ist toll gemacht. Das inkludierte Frühstück war auch super für den Preis und vor allem das Personal super freundlich. Wir waren in der Nebensaison (Juni) da und es war wirklich ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen, auch wenn es in der Hauptsaison natürlich allgemein auf der Insel etwas teurer ist.

Cons:

War alles toll! Nur der Aufenthaltsraum war abends leider geschlossen, das wäre noch schön gewesen, diesen nutzen zu können weil wir mit einer größeren Gruppe unterwegs waren. Aber sonst alles super!

Unos días muy agradables
Pros:

Muy atentos, el desayuno buenísimo. Te dejaban toallas para la playa o la piscina. La cama era grande y cómoda, el aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla. Había utensilios de cocina, cafetera, microondas y sandwichera. Muy limpio todo y decorado con mucho gusto.

Cons:

No nos pusieron gel de baño, lo pedimos y se olvidaron de traerlo.

Pros:

Quarto amplo e muito cómodo, com pequena cozinha. Disponibilizam água filtrada todos os dias. Chuveiro com boa pressão. Piscina boa para intervalar com a praia.

Cons:

Faz falta um lava pés/chinelos em algum local estratégico.

Pros:

La chambre était très grande avec balcon et vue sur la piscine. très propre, belle salle de bain. cuisine pratique avec micro-onde et réfrigérateur. Personnel très accueillant.

Cons:

Naast ons waren er gasten die tot 2 uur s nachts lawaai hebben gemaakt, samen met andere gasten die ze op hun kamer hebben uitgenodigd. Het heeft uren geduurd. Ik hoopte dat het hotel zelf de gasten zou aanspreken om stil te zijn, maar dat gebeurde niet.

Beautiful and comfortable stay
Pros:

The rooftop breakfast was beautiful. We checked out the breakfast one day, but they didn't have anything for smoothies so we left. Rooms are perfect, clean and modern.
Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping/cleaning staff do an excellent job! Beautiful oasis/pool/lounge area.
Great a/c unit and fan to help us cool down.
Only a 7-10min walk to City Centre/beach.

Cons:

Double beds are a little small, queen would have been better. Drain in shower doesn't drain well. Hot water limited.

Pros:

Incroyable !

Emplacement suffisamment proche de l'embarcadère pour venir à pied avec sacs et enfants, on est ensuite a 5min a pied du centre et des premières plages, possibilité de louer des vélos si on veut aller plus loin facilement (avec siège bébé!).

Chambres confortables spacieuses propres, matelas comfortables, bien équipées, idem pour le coin piscine très reposant et facilitateur pour les heures chaudes avec un jeune enfant.

Personnel hyper agréable, souriant, disponible, et plein de gentilles intentions (dosettes de von café en chambre, petits produits de soin dont crème hydratante très bienvenue avec ce soleil, petites serviettes fraîches à l'arrivée pour se rafraîchir !!!) de la réception, en passant par l'équipe de ménage et celle du restaurant.

Tout ce qu'il faut dans la chambre pour se faire à manger (grille pain, grill, cafetière, micro-onde).

Franchement une de nos meilleures expérience au Mexique on recommende +++

Cons:

C'était parfait... Si il faut vraiment proposer une remarque, il y a aurait peut être la place de de rajouter une petite plaque de cuisson électrique dans la cuisine, pour améliorer encore un peu les préparations de repas !

On a vraiment adoré cet endroit !!!

A beautiful, peaceful, and spotless hotel with amazing staff — we loved every minute of our stay.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Boutique Naj Casa Holbox. The location was perfect — quiet and relaxing, yet only a short walk to the city centre, restaurants, and beach. The hotel was incredibly clean, honestly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming, the beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the filtered water provided throughout our stay. The room was the perfect size for our family, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful, beautiful, and boutique-feeling. We truly loved every minute here and would absolutely stay again.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn’t much we didn’t like. If we had to mention anything, a slightly larger fridge in the room would have been helpful for a longer stay. We also paid extra for a garden view, but it seemed like most rooms already had a similar lovely garden view, so we weren’t quite sure what made it different.

Parfait !!
Pros:

Nous sommes restés 9 nuits et notre expérience a été très positive.

L’hôtel est bien situé, dans un secteur calme, et plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à proximité. Il est situé à environ 10 minutes de marche du centre et à 15 minutes de la plage à pied.

Le personnel est très courtois et attentif aux demandes.

L’hôtel fournit de l’eau, du café et du thé chaque jour.

Si vous le désirez, le ménage de votre chambre peut être effectué quotidiennement.

L’hôtel est très bien entretenu.

Que du positif !

Cons:

Point négatif : notre séjour est passé beaucoup trop vite ! 😄

Pros:

Aangenaam hotel, heel proper en ruime kamer! Nieuwer hotel met mooie kamers, lekker ontbijt en heerlijk zwembad!

Cons:

Personeel was wat afstandelijk, toch zeker niet onvriendelijk. Daarnaast kleurde onze badkleding geel na het zwemmen, misschien ging er toch iets mis met de kwaliteit van het zwembadwater.

Très bon hôtel, à moins de dix minutes à pied du bateau.
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse et très propre. Petite kitchenette. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons et frais

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel. On entend les voisins de chambre quand ils parlent sans comprendre.
