Pros:

Incroyable !

Emplacement suffisamment proche de l'embarcadère pour venir à pied avec sacs et enfants, on est ensuite a 5min a pied du centre et des premières plages, possibilité de louer des vélos si on veut aller plus loin facilement (avec siège bébé!).

Chambres confortables spacieuses propres, matelas comfortables, bien équipées, idem pour le coin piscine très reposant et facilitateur pour les heures chaudes avec un jeune enfant.

Personnel hyper agréable, souriant, disponible, et plein de gentilles intentions (dosettes de von café en chambre, petits produits de soin dont crème hydratante très bienvenue avec ce soleil, petites serviettes fraîches à l'arrivée pour se rafraîchir !!!) de la réception, en passant par l'équipe de ménage et celle du restaurant.

Tout ce qu'il faut dans la chambre pour se faire à manger (grille pain, grill, cafetière, micro-onde).

Franchement une de nos meilleures expérience au Mexique on recommende +++

Cons:

C'était parfait... Si il faut vraiment proposer une remarque, il y a aurait peut être la place de de rajouter une petite plaque de cuisson électrique dans la cuisine, pour améliorer encore un peu les préparations de repas !

On a vraiment adoré cet endroit !!!

Beautiful and comfortable stay
Pros:

The rooftop breakfast was beautiful. We checked out the breakfast one day, but they didn't have anything for smoothies so we left. Rooms are perfect, clean and modern.
Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping/cleaning staff do an excellent job! Beautiful oasis/pool/lounge area.
Great a/c unit and fan to help us cool down.
Only a 7-10min walk to City Centre/beach.

Cons:

Double beds are a little small, queen would have been better. Drain in shower doesn't drain well. Hot water limited.

A beautiful, peaceful, and spotless hotel with amazing staff — we loved every minute of our stay.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Boutique Naj Casa Holbox. The location was perfect — quiet and relaxing, yet only a short walk to the city centre, restaurants, and beach. The hotel was incredibly clean, honestly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming, the beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the filtered water provided throughout our stay. The room was the perfect size for our family, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful, beautiful, and boutique-feeling. We truly loved every minute here and would absolutely stay again.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn’t much we didn’t like. If we had to mention anything, a slightly larger fridge in the room would have been helpful for a longer stay. We also paid extra for a garden view, but it seemed like most rooms already had a similar lovely garden view, so we weren’t quite sure what made it different.

Parfait !!
Pros:

Nous sommes restés 9 nuits et notre expérience a été très positive.

L’hôtel est bien situé, dans un secteur calme, et plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à proximité. Il est situé à environ 10 minutes de marche du centre et à 15 minutes de la plage à pied.

Le personnel est très courtois et attentif aux demandes.

L’hôtel fournit de l’eau, du café et du thé chaque jour.

Si vous le désirez, le ménage de votre chambre peut être effectué quotidiennement.

L’hôtel est très bien entretenu.

Que du positif !

Cons:

Point négatif : notre séjour est passé beaucoup trop vite ! 😄

Pros:

Aangenaam hotel, heel proper en ruime kamer! Nieuwer hotel met mooie kamers, lekker ontbijt en heerlijk zwembad!

Cons:

Personeel was wat afstandelijk, toch zeker niet onvriendelijk. Daarnaast kleurde onze badkleding geel na het zwemmen, misschien ging er toch iets mis met de kwaliteit van het zwembadwater.

Très bon hôtel, à moins de dix minutes à pied du bateau.
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse et très propre. Petite kitchenette. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons et frais

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel. On entend les voisins de chambre quand ils parlent sans comprendre.

Appartement was erg ruim en nieuw! Tosti apparaat, koffiezet apparaat en magnetron. Elke dag goede schoonmaak. Groot bed. Heerlijk zwembad. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en spreekt goed Engels. Locatie is goed te kopen naar centrum of pier. Lekkere douche. Ruim balkon

Hotel met heerlijke tuin en zwembad
Pros:

Heerlijke tuin met zwembad die we meestal voor ons zelf hadden. De accommodatie lag net buiten het centrumpje waardoor je heerlijk rustig kon genieten. Het personeel was heel attent.

Cons:

Voor een vijfsterren hotel had ik nog net wat meer verwacht. We keken vanuit onze kamer aan een kant uit op het zwembad maar aan de andere kant was veel rotzooi (straatkant)

Gorgeous stay, and lovely staff
Pros:

Staff were lovely through the entire stay, I loved how small and intimate the pool area was, as 8 women we felt like we had the place to ourselves! Rooms themselves were perfect and staff cleaned them everyday to a high quality standard. Not far from the main strip so to speak but without any of the noise so it was perfect. Lunch food was also delicious!

Cons:

No issues at all with the property, breakfast wasn't to my taste, but that's a personal preference

Excelente lugar y relación calidad precio.
Pros:

No está frente a la playa pero la ubicación es excelente, realmente cerca de la playa como todo en ese pueblito.
La atención excelente también, todas las habitaciones tienen vista a la alberca.
Tienen una cafetera, aire acondicionado, secadora de cabello.

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren groß, sauber und modern. Wir hatten eine Terrasse Richtung Innenanlage mit Zugang zum Pool.
Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Ausstattung mit der kleinen Küchenzeile perfekt für einen Kaffee zwischendurch.
Trinkwasserflaschen standen jeden Tag bereit
Das Hotel liegt nicht im direkten Zentrum der Insel, allerdings sind die Wege nicht weit.
Der Blick von der Frühstücks-Dachterrasse ist wunderschön.

Cons:

Checkin ist um 15:00 und auch nicht früher möglich, wir mussten darüberhinaus noch warten.
Auf der anderen Seite wird die Checkout-Zeit sehr ernst genommen und muss bezahlt werden, verlässt man später als 11:55 das Zimmer (siehe das Kleingedruckte beim Checkin und es wird auch so kommuniziert).
Uns wurde beim Checkout die Rechnung des Gastes vor uns zum Bezahlem vorgelegt.
Zum Teil sehr unflexibles Personal.
Einige Turbulenzen gab es auch beim Frühstück. Als Vegetarier hatten wir per Karte im inkudierten Frühstück nur die Option von 2 Toast mit Marmelade plus Kaffee. Nach einigen Diskussionen mit dem Personal, hat uns eine sehr nette Dame alternative Frühstücksangebote gemacht, die wirklich lecker und ausreichend waren. Warum nicht gleich so.

Aufgrund der negativen Eindrücke haben wir uns nicht besonders wohl gefühlt.
