Wir hatten uns etwas mehr erwartet.
Pros:

Lage war wirklich gut und Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Frühstück qualitativ ok, jedoch kein eigener Frühstücksraum vorhanden und dadurch Platz und Auswahl beschränkt.

Cons:

In der ersten Nacht funktionierte die Kühlung nicht richtig. Das war bereits vor unserem Check in bekannt, wurde uns jedoch danach mittels Brief mitgeteilt. Wir konnten jedoch erst nach der ersten Nacht das Zimmer wechseln. Zimmer etwas verbraucht, zB fiel der Brausekopf ab und die Halterung für das Duschgel war locker, sodass man es gar nicht verwenden konnte. Personal war nicht besonders bemüht oder freundlich, bis auf eine Dame, die sich am letzten Tag des Aufenthaltes etwas mehr bemühte.

Quisiera dejar constancia de una situación importante para personas con movilidad reducida o discapacidad física.

Al momento de hacer la reserva, el hotel indica que las instalaciones están adaptadas para personas con movilidad reducida. Sin embargo, al llegar nos encontramos con que la cama doble de la habitación grande, era extremadamente alta y además estaba pegada a la pared, lo que hacía muy difícil acceder a ella para alguien con limitaciones físicas.

Consultamos en recepción y nos explicaron que la adaptación para movilidad reducida se refiere únicamente a la entrada y a los espacios comunes. Sinceramente, considero que no tiene mucho sentido contar con accesos cómodos si luego la habitación no resulta funcional ni accesible en aspectos tan básicos como poder subir a la cama.

No hubo una solución real por parte del hotel. Finalmente, y solo porque lo pedimos nosotros, nos facilitaron un pequeño banco para poder subirnos a la cama.

Creo que sería importante aclarar este tipo de detalles antes de reservar y, sobre todo, revisar mejor qué significa realmente ofrecer habitaciones “aptas para movilidad reducida”. Como mínimo, deberían contar con camas accesibles o con soluciones adecuadas y seguras para quienes las necesiten.

A very peaceful happy stay - will be back!
Pros:

The staff were great, in particular Rakshi. Loved the bed, very comfy. And loved the blackout blinds. Close to tube too.

La posizione e la disponibilità del personale nonostante la problematica dell'aria condizionata

All'arrivo abbiamo trovato l'aria condizionata non funzionante a causa del grande caldo...la prima notte è stata un inferno in quanto le camere non hanno una finestra apribile...lo staff si è adoperato al meglio fornendo 2 ventilatori. Le restanti 3 notti ci hanno cambiato camera e tutto si è risolto per il meglio.

Pros:

Clean, room looked like as advertised, the shower with the option of the removable head and rain shower was fantastic, as was the water pressure. The electric blockout blind worked really well.

Klima defekt am heißesten WE des Jahres
Cons:

Bei 34 Grad Außentemperatur keine funktionierende Klima. Wir haben zwei Ventilatoren bekommen, aber zu dritt im Zimmer bei defekter Klimaanlage war definitiv nicht erholsam. On top lief sogar noch die Heizung im Bad auf volle Power. Wir haben den Mangel mehrfach gemeldet, es hieß immer, dass sie die Temperatur zentral ganz kühl für unser Zimmer einstellen können. Es hat sich leider nichts geändert. Ein Umzug war erst am letzten Abend von drei Nächten möglich, in dem Raum hat die Kühlung funktioniert. Uns wurde kein Discount für die ersten beiden Nächte angeboten.
Wirklich schade!

The room was amazing , everything that you needed and more even a big umbrella not that we needed it but was there . On arrival staff friendly and same when leaving .
