Great, modern hotel. Would stay again
Pros:

Clean and a comfortable bed. We did have an issue with the air con but we wouldn’t let this stop us from staying again. Friendly and helpful staff. Modern hotel. Rooms were small but we didn’t spend alot of time in the room

Gutes Hotel!
Pros:

Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und mit modernen Geräten ausgestattet. Wir konnten vom Zimmer aus The Shard sehen. Ubahn in der Nähe (aldgate east) und tower fußläufig erreichbar. P
ersonal war ausgesprochen nett.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein 4er Zimmer gebucht, daher hatten wir uns für das Hotel entschieden. Bei Ankunft gab es zwei weiter auseinander liegende Zimmer. Als Entschädigung wurde uns das Frühstück erlassen. Geschirrspüler im Zimmer roch faulig. Beim Frühstück kümmert sich das Personal vom Empfang auch ums Nachfüllen usw. Daher fehlte häufig etwas, wurde aber sofort geholt, wenn man nachfragte.

Pros:

Le stanze sono moderne e c’è tutto l’occorrente, ottimo per brevi soggiorni. Noi eravamo due adulti con un bambino, la prossima volta prenoterei la stanza più grande, perché con la poltrona letto aperta è davvero minimale lo spazio.
Fermata dell’autobus e metropolitana vicine; abbiamo scelto di soggiornare volutamente in una parte di Londra più caratteristica rispetto al centro.

Pros:

We felt very welcome and had a great stay. The room got a little crammed with three people and all of our luggage but since we didn't spend a lot of time in the room it wasn't that big of an issue.

Poussière quand on a poussé les lits.
On avait demandé 2 lits séparés.ils étaient zippés ensemble🙁.on a du les refaire.pas d étagère dans salle de bain pour poser trousse toilette, pas de penderie fermée pour déposer veste, rideau sale et le store laissait passer la lumiere du jour

Amazing staff. Excellent value for money.
Pros:

The staff here could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was so lovely to experience such fabulous customer service. The accommodation itself was excellent value for money and whilst the rooms are quite small they are spotlessly clean and have a fantastic range of amenities. It was the warmth and friendliness of the staff though that made our stay special. Thank you.

I stayed at a Wilde Hotel twice - first and last time
Pros:

nothing

Cons:

staff were surly, rude and unhelpful
gym is stuffy and smelly and never stocked with towels
the breakfast is totally overpriced for the food choice and the area is cramped and effectively in the reception area
room is basic
TV channels very limited

London trip Aldgate East - White chapel
Pros:

Location was great for amenities .

Cons:

Noise of drilling in the next room early morning , no water provided in Fridge. No window to open. The bathroom door was oddly build as kitchen drawer opens then you can't open bathroom door. Very weird angle.
Lighting was just at the bed, not at the entrance door.

We were 3 adult and it didn't feel comfortable.
