Consiglio vivamente la struttura
Pros:

Struttura molto bella e accogliente, personale molto disponibile, La Stanza ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort, vicinanza alla metro

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un “difetto” forse la stanza per 3 persone era un po’ sacrificata in quanto il terzo letto era una poltrona letto ma siamo comunque stati benissimo

Pros:

The space in the apartment the storage for clothes, luggage, long mirror with a socket next to it for drying hair, the blackout blinds, the design elements, the staff very helpful, the kitchen facilities including Nespresso machine, the sitting area with table and chairs, the TVs.
The general feel of the place was great.

Cons:

The bed in an alcove as it must be hard to make the beds for staff and it's easy to lose things down the side and nowhere to put anything like a book or glasses when your near the wall. Some of the touch screens were a bit dodgy. The sofa bed is hard to sit on but this is usually the case, some compromise needed between sofa and bed!

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour rayonner un peu partout. Le métro est à 7 minutes à pieds, la city a 15 minutes et la tour de Londres à 20 minutes . La chambre comportait tout ce qu'il faut pour 3 personnes(vaisselle, gourde, torchons, gel douche, bouilloire avec 4 sachets, machine a café avec 4 dosettes, et nous pouvions voir le sommet de tower bridge illuminé. Il y a une supérette à 3 minutes et un sainsbury à 15 minutes. Le personnel était sympathique et souriant.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas du tout les 19 livres demandé, pour ce prix là on s'attendrait à bien mieux ,cest tout de meme plus cher qu'un English breakfast par exemple. Une fois le lit d'appoint ouvert, la chambre devient un peu petite pour circuler.

Prima hotel! Toen bleek dat onze kamer deels geen Electra had, kregen we een andere kamer en een upgrade. Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers.

A very comfortable stay
Pros:

Everything in the apartment was modern and nice. We enjoyed the stay.

Cons:

Parking was the only hard part, as it was a little far from the hotel. And some staff didn't seem aware that the hotel advertises parking availability. One simply said, "We don't have parking".

Za nás byl hotel skvělý.
Pros:

Čistý a voňavý hotel, postel byla pohodlná.

Cons:

Pres víkend bylo více hostů a jídlo rychle docházelo. Personál byl milý a ochotný, jen na to byl sám a nestíhal vše doplňovat.
