Our stay at Xoma was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive; a special thank you to Carlos, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the sheets smelled incredible. Honestly, if I could move in, I would. Every detail made our stay unforgettable.

The front desk staff was amazing & the bell staff were super friendly and accommodating. We absolutely loved the aesthetic of the hotel and the area was wonderful! Super walkable and just lovely. Will absolutely be coming back to stay.

This hotel is amazing. A quiet piece of serenity in a hustling and bustling area. The hotel is very quiet and personalized. The room was amazing, a legitimate apartment with a kitchen. Everything is within walking distance unless you are doing other experiences outside of Roma Norte. Would definitely recommend and will definitely consider this hotel again when we return to CDMX.

The property was in a prime location, it felt very safe. The staff were very kind and helpful. Check-in was super fast. The cleaning staff were amazing, I can’t say enough about how clean it was. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mexico City.

The staff were 10/10! The area is exceptionally close to all popular restaurants and shops. Super pet friendly.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Every single staff member was exceptionally helpful and kind, often going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They helped us arrange airport transportation in advance of our trip and were quick to respond to questions. Someone was waiting to open the door when we returned to the hotel each day and we were welcomed back by name by the front desk staff. Our room was beautiful and very functional with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms- perfect for a family traveling to Mexico City. The location couldn’t be better. There are so many options for restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance in lovely Roma Norte. The hotel rooftop offers spectacular views of the city and is a great respite after touring all day. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful!

Xoma is simply fantastic. The staff, accommodation and location are all wonderful. The rooms are big, clean and modern. The location is walking distance to excellent restaurants, shopping and a site seeing. The staff is incredible. They go above and beyond to make your stay great.

The staff was great. Came in at 6am and They allowed us to stay and on the property until our room was ready. Will definitely stay here on my next trip back. Great place to stay at over a basic hotel room.

Xoma is a beautiful property, and extremely comfortable. However, for the prices charged, you shouldn't come back to uncleaned room after having spent a day sightseeing -- then negotiating with the front desk to get it cleaned.
