Lovely little find...would recommend.
Pros:

Hotel was very well appointed as were the rooms - cosy and welcoming.

Cons:

No skimmed milk unfortunately. I appreciate this is a personal preference but as it's so readily available I'm unsure why it's not available for guests.

Pros:

Hotel předčil očekávání. Vyzdvihla bych krásný a velmi útulný interiér, ve kterém se opravdu cítíte jako doma. Velmi pohodlné postele a praktickou kuchyňku. Snídaně vynikající a celý tým hotelu byl úžasný. Po domluvě dokonce nevadil ani trošku pozdní check-out. Chiswick jako lokalita - bomba. Jestli se někdy vrátíme, tak sem.

Enjoyable stay in a cozy hotel in great location
Pros:

Very nice small hotel in a perfect position between the tube station and Chiswick High Road with all its restaurants and shops - only a few minutes away. Very clean, had everything needed and looked exactly as in the photos. Staff was helpful and breakfast was very good too. There is both air conditioning as well as windows that can be slightly opened. We enjoyed that it looked upscale and quirky different, not a regular boring standard hotel. Easy access to public transportation (the tube).

Cons:

Everything was as described, no issues at all.
The corridors in dark green were too dark but that’s just a personal preference.

Pros:

Great location, very clean, lovely decor

Cons:

Didn’t come and make bed or top up refreshments- stayed 2 nights. No milk or biscuits. Breakfast was good but very set so couldn’t have yoghurt and cooked, no pastries or fruit available- for what there was it was very expensive

Aardig personeel, lekker ontbijt en mooie decoratie

Cons:

Mooie decoratiemaar heeft onderhoud nodig; vlekken op muur en kaal schilderwerk.
Extra bed was zeer oncomfortabel; slecht en dun matrasje. Ook niet voor kinderen geschikt. Viel de metalen spiralen door het matrasje heen.
Tussendoor geen enkele schoonmaak.
Alleen handdoeken verwisseld; voor 3 personen steeds 2 handdoeken.
