Appena effettuato check-in mi hanno fatto Up-Grade gratuito. Molto apprezzato. Estrema pulizia, per me fattore molto importante per una struttura. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camere ampie e letti molto comodi. Servizi igienici molto puliti. Purtroppo non ho usufruito dei servizi quali SPA, palestra ed altro. Curioso di provarli durante prossimo soggiorno. Usufruito di entrambi i ristoranti. Gourmet e ristorante Onda. Entrambi ottimi. Ristorante Onda ottimo servizio, portate presentate in modo molto accurato e indiscutibilmente ottime.

Pros:

The hotel is modern and very nice which is something for Italy that doesn’t have so many modern hotels in general. The room was clean, the spa facilities are nice and staff is very friendly.

Cons:

The food from gourmet restaurant didn’t impress me and the glas had a smell, probably from washing .

Tutto molto bello, l’unica osservazione e’ la colazione al bar che lascia un po’ desiderare poche brioche disponibili ed il cappuccino sembra caffellatte.
