Pros:

The staff was great and the hotel was like a healing getaway while being close enough to town. It was also very easy to find off the highway.

Pros:

Still a beautiful place to stay, secluded and serene. Hopefully La Palapa will be replaced. The kitchen was closed for renevation but they upgraded me to a room with a private rooftop pool.

Nerea is relaxing, beautiful, and a comfortable hotel. The staff is kind, ready to help, and well trained for their tasks. It is exceptionally clean. Nerea offers us a new experience in cuisine, an amazing landscape, and opportunities to reset our wellbeing. I would go back there is a blink of an eye.

Rooftop suite w/pool exceptional
Pros:

From the checkin with Jesus to the restaurant staff to housekeeping everyone was so attentive and kind! The amenities were perfect and getting the rooftop suite with plunge pool was perfect for my bday weekend! Food was always fresh complimentary bkfst was more than enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again .

Jesus at the front desk was so welcoming and made sure our stay was very comfortable.

Pros:

I have sent a separate email, but I wanted to draw attention to some of my main concerns regarding Nerea. The photos on your website and Google reviews did not reflect the actual look of the property. The beach was rocky, the water was full of seaweed, and the docks were in disrepair. Unfortunately, we had to leave Tulum early due to an emergency, however, we do not think we would have stayed for the entire booking at all. Thank you for your time.

Thank you very much for the excellent stay and the upgrade to the nicer room. That was very generous! We have nothing bad to say about the Nerea. Everything was perfect. The food was great, and having the other 2 sister hotels nearby to eat (and use gym) was nice too. Thank you!
