The room was dirty someone's food left in the refrigerator bugs in the tub and refrigerator didn't even stay left and went to another hotel
It was all bad don't ever go to this hotel
Run down, picture on booking look perfect but are not when you come to property
No pots or pans here in the studio rooms you have to buy them yourself
This hotel was very disappointing and not worth the cost. I do not recommend booking here for business or family travel. Cancelation requests were ignored until I went to the front desk. Management gave conflicting answers about who the owner was, which felt unprofessional. The hotel had a strong food odor throughout, the sink area was not clean, there were no tissues provided, and the doors creaked loudly and did not close properly. Overall, poor cleanliness and service.

Great stay
The place smell so bad, when I get in the room the smell is like shoes (I can’t really explained but it is so bad) We stayed into 4 different hotel and this place is the worse one. The bath tub is also dirty not sure if the black spot on the side was mold or something. The black chair is also dirty, it is something that you wouldn’t want to use. My husband wants to find a different place but we do not have a choice cause all the hotels nearby was all booked.
Just need to update hotel that’s all
I will never stay there again. Pictures did not match what was shown on the website. It also did not state it was a Econo Lodge. If you do decide to stay there book it through econo, it will save u around $170/ night. Staff barely talked to us. Mold everywhere, the place stunk like body odor and old food. The carpet had sticky spots on it. The bathroom door wouldnt shut. They had old box springs and mattresses on the back side where the pool is that doesnt work. There were metal objects sticking out of the outlets in the hallway. Outlets in the room dodnt work. Cigarette burns in the blankets and mattress. Material for the head board was peeling off, only certain tv channels came in clear. AND no breakfast.
My experience at Suburban Studios in Lafayette was terrible from the moment I checked in. The room was filthy — there were blood stains on the pull-out bed, dirt and stains on the pillows and bedding, a dirty, moldy shower, and a refrigerator that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The door lock was broken, and the entire room had a strong, unpleasant odor.
The overall environment felt unsafe and unhygienic, and it was bad enough that I decided not to stay at all. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this property until serious cleaning and safety improvements are made.
They initially put me in the wrong type of room and refused to move me and told me to tell the manager the next day. The room smelled like urine and I didn’t want to take my shoes off. I was definitely not taking a shower there. My room was moved the next day and didn’t smell but the whole condition of the place was terrible. I had to leave the next day at 10pm due to a family emergency and they refused to do anything for reimbursement. When I spoke with the manager a few days later, he said that because I didn’t check out by 11am (which I couldn’t because I wasn’t aware of the family emergency situation) they could not reimburse me for any part of my stay. Because it was Purdue Family Weekend they were price gouging and I paid $475 to stay less than 24 hours in one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in. It was absolutely ridiculous.
Exactly what I expected for a value hotel, excluding the need for renovations and updating.
The window was broken and did not close all the way leaving it exposed to the outdoor noise and temperature. The room was filthy, we even found a rodent droppings on the floor, the shower faucet came off in my hand, the sheets had a hole from a cigarette burn and the towels were stained.
Hotel needs a facelift and major renovation.
dirty, a lot of stuff is not working
Nothing, looks are deceiving.
Very bad
Dirty towels
Roach and bugs in room
I went and brought bed bug spray
The cost was okay.
The condition of the room was sub-par, queen matress on double frame, saw roach in bathroom, etc.
