Pros:

I really liked everything about this place. Convenient parking, easy check-in, comfortable beds, and amazing shower! The staff was so friendly and the library was a neat touch!

Great stay if you want to walk to Dickies for an event or walk to the botanical Gardens.
Pros:

The location if you are going to the Dickies arena is fantastic. Literally a block away. Room 302 on the corner is a great room with views and the window opened a couple inches, Room 304 windows do not open and room is much smaller. Bed comfy and rainhead showers are wonderful. No closets or hangers in our rooms. Not many dining options nearby but there are a few places to eat in 6-7 blocks easy walk. Popcorn is made in the afternoon and there is bottled water in the coffee room and a microwave.

Cons:

I had a hard time setting the thermostat to make a consistent temp. If the windows opened the breeze would have been wonderful. If you want ice you have to go to the desk and ask.

The best place we’ve stayed.
Pros:

The property was awesome. Very cool industrial vibe especially in the room. The shower was amazing. The bed was really comfortable. Probably the most comfortable bed we’ve had at a hotel. Even the more expensive ones we’ve stayed at. The view was pretty cool too.

Cons:

The only thing was that it got a little loud from the bar and patio seating. Thankfully it didn’t last too long. People cleared out pretty early while we were there.

The hotel is in a very good location to catch all the Dickens Arena traffic however Dryce Hotel have hidden rules. They

What I liked about the property was it was very convenient to get to the arena. That was the best thing.

Cons:

What I did not like about the property is air conditioner is very very loud. There was no lighting in the parking lot, where we parked our cars

Cool Hotel, very nice staff.

Cons:

One staff member, his name was Dee, was very unfriendly and not helpful to find back the jacket I forgot in my room. I lost my jacket in this hotel and they did not help me to get it back. How can something get lost in a hotel???

Disappointed
Pros:

No breakfast, coffee was bitter, no cream available.

Cons:

Way overpriced for a bare bones room. No filter or coffee for room. Had to go outside to access lobby, and outside again to access non existent breakfast.
