Poor internet which ment unable to watch shows on the TV
Overall, it’s a nice place, and for the most part is very clean too.
Pool and hot tub areas are very nice

We went to the Kaiser Grille, 205 S Palm Canyon, for dinner. Wonderful dinner, $$$
Kitchen cups and glasses are cheap, lightweight plastic – please replace them
Bathrooms need updating, floors are dirty and are missing tiles
The Drain (screen) in the second shower is clogged
Coffee maker needs to be descaled
If I were to select 12 oz cup of coffee on the coffee maker, the available coffee cups would overflow
The light on the staircase is not working

I liked everything about this awesome place.
The location, the property is so clean, secure and private, the staff was so helpful and attentive over the phone/ texting, keeping in touch with me. we enjoyed it so much.
The short time we stayed.
But for sure will go back
You need security on the property, someone try to break in the room at 2am, and I stopped them! I want a refund, I might make it a legal decision

The room was very clean and new.
The front gate did not always lock properly leaving it open. The patio area needed a good cleaning.
breakfast?? haha. not available. didnt use the grill. bathroom was fully stocked, good shower. towels were great. its a very spartan/no frills type of accomodation with no front desk, which is ok, i suppose if it was a family getaway. its not close to anything of interest. the housekeeper didnt speak english, but had a wonderful smile..
granted it was 117 degrees when i arrived, but as you might imagine, a dip in the pool would have been late in the afternoon, i gave it a shot got in and got out of the pool post haste... it must have been 110 degrees. the coffee maker didnt work, it needed to be 'descaled'. BUT i called the avantstay help line and they had a new cofrfeemaker at my doorstep within an hour. kudos to that department!! no ice in the fridge and no ice machine on property ... is totally unacceptable.
Clean and well located. Easy parking. Stylish, but also starting to show a bit of wear, especially in the common area around the pool. Probably time for a minor refresh.
It was fine. No onsite staff, so sort of like staying at a multi-unit short term rental. But perfectly pleasant and serviceable.
Location is convenient
The hotel room was dirty, there were cobs in the corner, bugs in the kitchen. I began to feel light headed and discovered a huge smell of gas in the back patio I had rented. A maintenance man confirmed there was gas and turned off the hose but said the gas company would come in the morning and to house the bbq. When I told them I did not feel safe in that room, they told me they had no other room available and refused to give me a refund of any kind. They then sent me a text message that said there had been no leak and non of it had happened. I left and checked myself into a Best Western. I did not sleep there.

Very delightful hidden gem! Small boutique hotel that feels like a cute apartment. Spacious suite with lots of amenities and comforts for a relaxing stay. Sparkling pool and hot tub in the center courtyard. Quiet, safe location with easy check-in/out and great customer service.
Quiet, good location, safe neighborhood, large rooms, nice decor, comfy beds, full kitchen, private patio, large bathroom, clean, nice pool and games area, hot tub, good size TV, easy check-in process with codes for the doors and entrance, free parking. We enjoyed our stay very much.
The sheets could be better quality. They could have thicker pads for the lounge chairs and only one came in our room so my husband had to use a lounge chair with no padding which hurt his back. When I texted the "staff" they didn't know what I was talking about. Also I was disappointed that the neon sign with the phones was broken.
