I like the setup but the service at the front desk is awfull

The layout of the rooms was great

Cons:

I asked for a extra blanket and was told that they did not have any. Then the next day when I asked to change out the towels we used the receptionist told me they did not have any again but a saw a cleaning lady and she was nice enough to change them out for us. There was a broken handle on the bathroom door and only one remote that worked for the two TV s the other one did not work and I gave it to the receptionist who said she would put it in the notes

I didn't find anything to my satisfaction.

Cons:

Check-in thru the entire stay: no room phone service, no towels, no housekeeping services my entire stay, room kitchenette have no utensils, repeatedly false fire alarms, live bugs in room. Lights not working in my room, didn't have the ability to make coffee in my room (request for filters was not taken care of)Very disappointed with my stay at this location!!

We were afraid that someone would enter the room again. The staff needs to be properly trained to help aid the customer

Untrained staff! The housekeeper entered the room without warning and said that she thought this room was empty. The front desk has us waiting to check in. She couldn’t explain the policy on charging the card that was on file..
