Nice place
Pros:

The property itself was good, room was nice clean and spacious, staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The location was very loud and busy, not very relaxing. Didn’t seem to find too many nice local restaurants. Good option to stay here if you’re planning to party the whole time.

I was very disappointed with my stay.

The room cleaning was very basic and not up to the standard I expected.

The biggest issue was that cash went missing from our room after housekeeping entered. On that day, I never left the room and had even told the housekeeper that cleaning wasn’t necessary. However, she insisted and asked me to wait on the balcony while she quickly cleaned the room. No one else entered the room that day.

I explained all of this to the manager, but unfortunately she showed no interest in investigating the situation. She simply told us there was nothing she could do. We left the hotel without any resolution, apology, or compensation.

This experience completely ruined our stay, and because of how the situation was handled, I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel je ve skvělé lokalitě. V dochozí vzdálenosti jsou různé druhy restaurací, pláž, obchody, bary i půjčovna skútrů. I
Pros:

Ubytování bylo krásné, moderní, čisté a se skvělým personálem. Snídaně byla vždy výborná ať už zvolíte slanou či sladkou variantu. Personál je velmi vstřícný, vždy nápomocný a nabízí služby i nad rámec své pracovní náplně.

Good vibe, 3000 baht cash deposit was weird.
Pros:

In general all was good, the music around gave the place a nice vibe , atmosphere.

Cons:

The 3000 baht security deposit in cash was weird, and sometimes the water smelled a bit weird in the sink only not in the shower, but maybe that was because of the heavy rain.

The main issue was the 3,000 baht deposit in cash that was refunded at the end of the trip when we checked out. Basically we had that cash at the end for nothing and we couldnt use. I mean they could just block the same amount on the credit card.
