Naprosto perfektní poloha. Velmi krásná stavba. Snad nejlepší postele na světě.
Veliké pokoje. V hodnoceních hostů jsem si přečetla stížnosti na snídaně. Ale nemohu toto potvrdit. Náš pobyt byl 22 nocí a buffet byl naprosto v pořádku. Více teplých jídel, uzený losos a kvalitní sýry denně. Omelety, polévka na zakázku. My jsme byli se snídaněmi úplně spokojení. Také několik recenzi zmínilo, že není horká voda ve sprše. Možná se hosté neseznámily s mechanizmem sprchy, také jsem zprvu myslela, že neumí téct horká voda. Ale vida byla horká úplně po celou dobu a po celý den absolutně stabilně. My jsme byli spokojeni.
Pokoje by mohly být trochu lépe zařízené, aby byly útulnější a působily více luxusně. Vzhledem k ceně hotelu. Jinak bylo vše v pořádku.

The city is very loud and you cannot sleep till 3 AM. On the room terrace you sniff weed. In the room there was a bad stink from the shower that you cannot stay inside the room. I think every room was like mine.

أسفل الفندق محل يجتمع فيه من يرغب بالحشيش وكانت الروائح مزعجة للغاية

تعامل الطاقم سيء جدا خصوصا عندما ظهرت مشكلة في الجاكوزي حيث كانت المياة في الجاكوزي ملوثة بالأتربة ولونها أصفر .. رفض الطاقم الاعتراف بالمشكلة ورفض تغيير الغرفة ورفض عمل خصم أو التعويض مقابل المشكلة وكان التعامل في منتهى السوء ووصل إلى التهديد والترويع .. أيضا المكان مزعج ولا يصلح للاستجمام .. القيمة مقابل السعر سيئة جدا لأننا دفعنا مبلغ كبير على أساس يوجد جاكوزي ولم نستطع استخدامه
Excellent breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. Clean Pool. Everything you need is in walking distance.
The beach front suites are very very noisy in the evening/night. I had to use ear plugs in order to sleep.

-great location right in the heart of Patong and right on the beach (attention: take into consideration that the location is VERY noisy and crowded; also, the hotel does not have a private beach, you have to pay for chairs on the beach)
-very limited options for breakfast and almost the same every day (certainly not a decent breakfast for a 4-star hotel)
-dirty bathroom
-safe not working in the room

الحشرات الزاحفة والغرفة قبل التبديل الباب كان ما يتسكر وطول الليل حشرات للاسف اول صدمة بآول يوم وبعدها غيرو لنا الغرفة
The location
The place is very convenient to halal restaurant, 7Eleven and of course the beach. Hotel room also very private and can consider secluded from outsider. Staffs were very cheerful and friendly throughout out stay here.
The water heater in our room seems to be not working properly as it dont have warm enough water for shower. The drain in the shower also seems to be clogged as it is very slow to disperse the water.
