Best hotel staff ever!
Pros:

What a huge blessing it was to find this hotel! Our vehicle broke down while on vacation and after getting the runaround for two days and no help from anyone, we finally got ahold of a wonderful tow truck guy that led us to this neighborhood. The car shop kept running into delays, but this amazing hotel has extended our checkout twice now without charging extra and have gone above and BEYOND to help us. Thank you doesn't seem adequate for all you've done to turn our bummer situation into a blessing!

This is not the place if you are looking for clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Initially the bright colors and contemporary decor was fun and exciting. There was generous parking.

Cons:

We were in our room for about 15 minutes and noticed that the bathroom pocket door was very difficult to open and close. There was stains all over the walls and the tv didn’t work. The front desk lady told me that it was broken. She offered to move my room. The room she moved us to had a very dirty shower and the walls were dirty as well. The pillow cases had holes in the seams. We were exhausted so we laid down and there was a sudden crashing sound. I got up to investigate to find that the bottles on the wall in the shower had fallen off the wall. The “breakfast” that was included was not like anything I’ve seen before. We had to tell the front desk lady what we wanted to eat and it had to be a menu item of $10 or less. The plain single bagel was $7. The coffee was $5 but came out of the machine as water. The eggs, hash brown and sausage plate was $10 and came out runny and soggy. We were so relieved to get out of this place and for almost $200 a night, I definitely would NOT recommend this stay.

We come for my daughter’s college events and the location is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We normally get a great deal. We love the decor and inviting feel

Great Hotel with Great value.
Pros:

This is our go to spot when we come to Edmond. Clean, affordable, close to everything we are in town for. Kami at the front desk is always pleasant and more than helpful.

Would not return due to broken platform policy. I have been dealing with this for over a month.
Pros:

The location was great, staff was friendly. Rooms had a great design and were decorated very well. The wallpaper in the bathroom was interesting and overall I liked the room alot.

Cons:

The issue I am having has to do with the booking.com platform. They are holding my money saying that the property would not respond to them in writing causing me to not have access to $192 of my own money.

Perfect
Pros:

Always Consistent. I have stayed here over 20 times and the service is always fantastic. The rooms are always clean and they take great pride in making guests feel comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to all business travelers.
