Not clean at all.
Pros:

Some staff members were friendly as well as the manager

Cons:

The room was not cleaned when we pulled back the sheets on bed on the last day. We realized we were sleeping on food and drink stains on the mattress from last visitors. Told the desk clerk from the next morning, and she did not do anything about it. Waited for a call from the manager and a month later, and I still have not received that call back.

Aloft in different states!
Pros:

Staff was some of the best I've encountered just using aloft exclusively, I have a medical issue and he was sympathetic to my plight and let me check in early so i could deal with my medical issue in privacy, that in itself was more appreciated then that staff member could understand. Clean rooms, nice showers, wish the beds weren't so lumpy but other then that I will be using aloft anytime I need a hotel room anywhere I go!

Cons:

Lumpy bed, no bfast buffet in the morning is the only complaint.

Won’t stay at Aloft again. I will not use any off site reservation agent in the future.
Pros:

Breakfast looked OK but I ate elsewhere. Breakfast was scrambled eggs sausage and toast

Cons:

I called for reservation after hours. I was connected to a man who said there was only one room left, and it would $438. When I got the booking confirmation I read the room refund practices. I got the reservation a week before the date I needed the room. If i canceled the reservation I would have to pay for my stay which would be a little more than $1000.
When I got to your hotel it was 50 to 75 percent occupied.
A little later in the day, my wife also called Aloft for a reservation. When I found out , my wife and I scrambled to cancel the extra reservation. I got no confirmation from your office site booking agent.

Felesha and Aloft Quail Springs is GREAT!
Pros:

GREAT location!! Before booking, I called to get information about the hotels geographical location and Felesha was super helpful! Her welcoming personality and willingness to answer my questions was the biggest reason for booking! She's been here each morning and always has a smile on her face. Aside from her service, the hotel is neat and clean. It's near plenty of restaurants, shopping and also a quick drive to downtown OKC! Highly recommend!!

Aloft quail springs great service
Pros:

Hotel was great. The service at the bar/restaurant was exeptional. I would recomend the WXYZ bar to anyone. attendant Liz was exeptional. Great attendance and great service.

Grateful for the atmosphere.
Pros:

This location is ideal to my work and I love the low pressure atmosphere at the bar is a huge benefit. The bar tender, Liz, is a great addition to the staff here.

Great stay and Event
Pros:

I had an overnight stay as well as an event held in their meeting space. Kambrien and the ladies up front were super Kind and helpful. As well as the events coordinator, Tamara was great to work with. Highly recommend

The staff was rude. In fact, they charged me for an extra day and refused to allow me to stay there. I was literally put out on the street. I do not recommend staying at this aloft.
