A thief in the day
Pros:

The location was great! The young, male front desk attendant was awesome amd he went above and beyond to ensure we jad a good stay, despite there being some issues with housekeeping.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that housekeeping never cleaned our room despite requesting that they, at the very least, bring us fresh towels. As we were leaving for Tybee Island Saturday morning, we noticed 2 housekeepers in the hallway. Upon our return 5 hours later, we discovered that our room had not been cleaned, yet someone came in long enough to grab a bag of trash and also help themselves to my son's Beats headphones that we'd left on the chair under an outfit that I had ironed for later. We didn't immediately notice that the headphones were missing, but we did find it odd that someone had come in, grabbed a bag of trash, didn't bother to make the bed, grab the dirty towels off the floor or bring fresh towels.

Froze my butt, and noise kept me awake
Pros:

I liked nothing

Cons:

The bed cover only went up to my lower chest, so I froze all night.
And the noise, you can hear clearly what is going on all around you, sides, above your room, not sound proof at all

Cons:

They were not hospitable in any way. Particularly the young lady who checked me in. I have zero idea of her name as she did not tell me nor did she ask mine. Just for ID when I introduced myself

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

The employee was very nice especially Ashley she was very accommodating.

Cons:

I had to change my room 3 times. My first room
Was not clean at all it was hair and ants in room and the person before head wrap and napkins. The second room the toliet did not work. The third room the tv didn’t work it was damage to the shower and the fire alarm had black duck tape.
