Pros:

There was lots of confusion over the ability of the electric outlets
Suggest a small of sign somewhere in the room as a reminder to switch on the lights before plugging in

The pillows were all too hard. The mirror in the room was really dirty. Cleaning staff and breakfast attendant were all very pleasant. Don’t like how the rate increased so much over the weekend.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Location and overall the hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean, which means a lot to us.

Bed was uncomfortable. Two lamps had either blown light bulbs or didn't work. Room with 2 queen beds and only one chair. Requested another chair. Person at desk was rude when we made request. Was told they didn't have any chairs! The bathroom sink had no room for 2 people to lay out their toiletries! Don't how it could possibly work for 4 people.
