There was nothing I didn't like, this hotel was a 10/10
Great breakfast. Great location. Friendly staff.
I didn't like having to pay extra for parking and the limited gym amenities. Room needed to be vacuumed as well.
Very friendly clean with great breakfast
You have to pay for parking
The environment, custumer service & smiling faces!

I needed to receive an invoice with my address, and I asked for it personally at the reception. However, they told me they were “busy” at that moment. Honestly, this already felt strange and unprofessional to me. In any properly managed hotel, issuing an invoice for a departing guest is a basic part of customer service—not something that should be delayed because staff are occupied with something else. I was in a hurry, so we agreed they would send the invoice to me by email.
I never received anything.
I then emailed the reception directly to request the invoice again, but again there was no response at all. I also tried requesting it through Booking, but received no reply there either.
What disappoints me most is the hotel’s overall attitude toward customer service. Ignoring emails, failing to provide a simple invoice, and not communicating with the guest are signs of very poor service quality.
