Presentation of the outdoor spaces let this place down.
Pros:

The location was fantastic.

Cons:

There was not a lot of ventilation to dry the towels and they were not replaced each day. It was not [pleasant using wet towels.

There was a lovely terrace at the back looking over the water but it had a horrible old white lounge which was really dirty and spoiled the space.

Breakfast was great,

Cons:

however as we were eating breakfast which we finished at 10.15am we went back to our room only to have been locked out and had to get a staff member to unlock the door to get our things. Not too happy about that

The location was great, as it was within walking distance to most places, and having the cafe on-site was a nice bonus.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the TV in the room didn’t face the bed and couldn’t be adjusted, which made it difficult to watch. Additionally, the amenities in the room were still dirty from the previous stay, which was disappointing.

Pros:

Location was good & the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I think we'd been spoiled by our previous 3 motels, which were exceptional. This was average and a bit tired.
